Our Technicians:Overview• Aline Pumps has 9 dedicated field service technicians. Further to this, our factory staff can be called on to assist when required.

• The diversity of our technicians and the size of our team give Aline the ability to take on complex multifaceted jobs, whilst being flexible enough to manage changes to schedules to cater to breakdowns.

Our Technicians:Training

• Aline is committed to technical training for service staff. We conduct product specific training on new items that are sold through our sales division.

• We are also committed to staff undertaking apprenticeships to develop new skills – even staff with previous trades are given this opportunity, allowing them to become “dual trade”!

• Aline Pumps believe in providing quality products and services, looking after our staff and looking after the environment.

• Aline is ISO9001, AS4801 and ISO14001 compliant.

• Any queries regarding our compliance with these standards, customer complaints or suggestions for improvement can be directed towards our Quality and Safety Manager – we’d love to hear from you!

Documentation:

• Technicians supplied with 3G enabled Apple iPads

• Detailed notes are made at each job using these devices. These reports can be passed directly to the customer meaning quicker supply of information.

• iPads allow technicians to access product updates, email job photos and make conference calls. We believe that this is helping our technicians do their job better!
