CLAT, 2015. Upon an urgent mention made that today was the last

of counseling, this petition was called.
This Court has heard Sri Manish Goyal, learned counsel in
support this petition who has raised certain legal and factual
aspects of th
matter. Sri Goyal has pointed out that the girl candidate who
ha
secured a State Rank of 51 is shown to have obtained a State
Wome
Ranking of 105. He has further invited the attention of the
Court to th
material to establish that a person who scored 26.25 marks was
give
an All India ranking of 4539 while another candidate with a
similar CLA
score was given an All India Rank of 25073. He further submits
tha
there are serious allegations of malafide against the respondent
nos.

that the examination would be online examination. There are

serious allegations against the said respondents as carried
paragraphs 33 and 34 of the writ petition, thus a large number

students from these Institutes alone have secured very high
marks.

not been done and published by the organizing University till
date.
