• Purpose– To recognize key individuals who have contributed to
the advancement of our understanding and knowledge of drilling and completion fluids
– To share their accomplishments with the rest of the drilling industry in order that they are not forgotten
• Secondary Goal – To elevate our image as an important part of the oil
