1. Ingresar al sitio www.sii.cl.

2. Ingresar a “Servicios Online”

3. Ingresar a “Avalúos y Contribuciones de bienes raíces”

4. Ingresar a “Aplicaciones para Entidades Externas”

5. Ingresar a “Municipalidades”

6. Ingresar a “Declaración de Recepciones Definitivas y/o Regularizaciones”

7. Autenticarse ingresando RUT y clave

8. Ingresar a “Cambiar Representante”

9. Seleccione el RUT al que representará

10. La pantalla mostrará que la Representación Electrónica está realizada. Presione Volver.
