    Dear Mrs. Deakin,

My husband decided to celebrate our anniversary there. I booked atable or April 14th at 7.30pm. When we arrived, our table was not ready yet. We had to wait or another 20 minutes.

Our waiter, Paul, hardly recommended any dishes to us. Finally, wemade an order and tried to enjoy the rest o the evening. Te sea ooddish we ordered was not very good. I suspect it was not resh. Te wholeevening was a complete disaster.

We would appreciate i you could talk to your employees about goodmanners. Your customers certainly expect much better service andood.

I enclose a copy o the bill and expect you to reimburse us or such anegative experience in your restaurant.
