Saigon M&C Tower is a mixed-use building located on west bank of Saigon river in center of district 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This 41-story tower include:

34-story, 527500 s.f. office area for multiple tenants,
Apartment zone on top of building includes 133 luxuri-ous apartments and serviced apartments for lease.
Built on a 71,820 s.f. lot with 48% site coverage, the tower will become one of the high-est priced real estate devel-opments in Vietnam.

This 35-story tower will herald Vietcombank’s ma-jor presence in the country’s fastest growing city and largest commercial center. In addition to the bank’s Ho Chi Minh City headquarters, the Grade A building will contain offices for multiple tenants, ancillary facilities, and parking. At street level, the tower will welcome the public with a generous retail component, including a branch of Vietcom-bank.
The building will overlook Me Linh Square, one of downtown Ho Chi Minh City’s prime locations. Located on the west bank of the Saigon River, the Square is a focal point of the city’s Beaux-Arts plan, marking the convergence of several important thoroughfares. Vietcombank Tower will be the tall-est building on the square, visible on all sides from across the city. The tower will use elegant forms and timeless materials to express the bank’s and the nation’s aspirations.
