A PROPOS A B O U T bonjour, je suis Anouck hello, I’m Anouck

Initiée depuis ma petite enfance, aux rendez-vous de chantiers, aux APS, APD ou autre DP et PC, aux relevés dans la poussière, à cette ambiance particulière dans l’agence, je me suis peu à peu rendue compte que ma véritable passion, celle qui allait me donner le courage de me lever le matin, c’était véritablement cela. Construire.Construire une pensée, un projet, un bâtiment. Construire pour l’autre, de manière sensible, de manière différente.4 ans d’école d’architecture, 21 ans d’expérimentation.

Introduced since my early childhood in the appointments of construction sites, in the statements in the dust, in this particular atmosphere in the agency, I realized that my real passion was really it. En haut d’une colline surplombant un paysage brut et dur vient se poser la villa +.Le bâtiment aux lignes épurées présente un encadrement de la vue mais aussi de l’espace, grâce à une recherche d’ouverture et de minimalisme. Cette habitation joue avec quatre volumes cubiques pour créer différents espaces de vie.

At the top of one overhanging hill settle the villa +.The house, with its minimal lines, give the sensation to frame the space, thanks to a search of opening and the contrast between outdoor and indoor. This habitation plays with four cubic volumes to create different life space.

Exercice en trois temps, permettant une approche de la topographie, de la limite et du passage, comme une sorte de micro-architecture en milieu urbain.L’installation a été pensé en structure acier avec un revêtement en bois clair. Sa forme complexe est la résultante d’une étude du terrain du parc.

An exercise in three phases, allowing an approach of the topography, the limit and the passage, a kind of micro-architecture in urban landscape.The installation was thought in steel with clear woodwork. Its complex shape is the resultant of a study of the park’s ground.

En plein centre du Jardin des plantes de Montpellier, marquant d’une croix le carrefour entre les principaux chemins du parc, vient se positionner un pavillon d’exposition éphémère. Dédié à l’art contemporain, le bâtiment utilise la lumière comme matériau pour mieux révéler les oeuvres exposées, jouant sur des effets d’optiques et sur la création de différentes ambiances lumineuses.

In the center of the plants’ garden of Montpellier, marking with a cross the crossroads between the main ways of the park, comes to position a short-lived exhibition pavilion. Dedicated to the contemporary art, the construction uses the light as material to reveal the exposed works, playing on visual effects and on creation of various bright atmospheres.

Participation à un workshop international se déroulant à la Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie à Paris La Villette, dans le cadre d’une analyse futuriste du Grand Paris. Cet atelier se déroulant sur 5 semaines, j’ai pu continuer le travail des élèves avant moi tout en apportant au projet des attitudes nouvelles.

Participation in an international workshop, taking place to the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie in Paris, within the framework of a futuristic analysis of the Grand Paris. This studio taking place over 5 weeks, I was able to continue the work of the students before me, while bringing to the project new attitudes and aspects completely different.

SEMESTRE 3 S E M E ST E R 3 habitat en milieu urbain housing in urban areaa v e n u e d u p è r e s o u l a s m o n t p e l l i e rS. MATTE-DEVAUX + J. BONNOT /2013

Projet de huit habitations en centre ville de Montpellier, avec des contraintes multiples telles que la gestion des espaces publics et privés et la proximité des logements. Idée de strates et d’une topographie différente pour apporter des solutions techniques à ce nouvel éco-quartier en devenir. Par la suite travail plus précis sur une des huit maisons, qui diffère par la présence de deux blocs opaques, véritables strates émergentes du sol.

Project of eight houses in Montpellier’s center, with multiple constraints, such as the management of the public and private places and the housing’s closeness.I set up the idea of strata and a different topography to bring technical solutions to this new eco-district.

Le but de ce projet était de créer un nouveau quartier près de la mer méditerranée, entre eau douce provenant des étangs au nord et eau salé de la mer au sud. J’ai pensé ce projet comme une extension écologique de la ville existante, qui pourrait être flexible et différente selon les saisons, dû au fait des changements importants de densité de population entre l’hiver et l’été.

This project’s aim was to create a new district near the mediterranean sea, between fresh water at the North with the pond and between salt water with the sea. I thought at an ecological extension of the city, which be flexible and different in summer or winter, due to the different density of population.

Après avoir créé un quartier dans son ensemble et son organisation complexe, je me suis focalisée sur un seul bâtiment. Ce dernier reprend l’idée de flexibilité avec des parois modulables permettant d’agrandir ou de réduire des espaces de vie. Dans cette idée, j’ai aussi essayé de travailler sur un nouveau mode de vie plus collectif de la population de ce nouvel éco-quartier.

After having created a district with its complex organization, I focused on a single building. This construction resumes the idea of modularity with flexible walls allowing to enlarge or to reduce living spaces. In this idea, I also tried to work on a new, more collective, lifestyle of the population of this new eco-district.

Ce projet a l’ambition de proposer à Patrice Barthes, chorégraphe résident au sein de l’école, un studio de danse pouvant recevoir du public mais aussi d’être un espace agréable pour la création chorégraphique.De plus, le lieu se veut éco-responsable avec une préoccupation importante de la question bioclimatique. La question de la matérialité a été traitée par une maquette en béton au 1:50.

This project is located close to the architecture school to propose to Patrice Barthes, resident choreographer withinthe school, a dance studio wich will be able to receive public but also to be a pleasant space for the choreographic creation. Furthermore, the place aims to be eco-responsible with an important concern of the bioclimatic question.

Création d’une façade imaginaire, à partir de détails de l’ENSAM, à l’échelle 1:1, sur une bâche plastique.Notion d’hétérotopie, de dessin à main levée, de grande échelle. Projet séléctionné et exposé dans la galerie d’art Aperto lieu d’arts, à Montpellier lors des BUZZ#06.

Creation of an imaginery facade, drawing on the scale 1:1, made of an assembly of the school’s representative elements, with black pencil on a plastic canvas (4mx5m).Idea of heterotopia, handmade drawing and big scale. Project selected and exhibited in a art gallery, Aperto lieu d’arts, during the BUZZ#06 exhibition.

Travail sur le logement collectif et plus particulièrement sur l’inscription dans un site protégé boisé d’une construction de 20 habitations. J’ai ainsi proposé des logements traversants, avec de grandes terrasses,orientés Sud-Est et Nord-Ouest pour profiter au maximum du soleil, tout en s’en protégeant, en été comme en hiver. La présence d’un plan libre au RDC donne au projet une liberté de mouvement et de rencontres.

Work on collective housing and more particularly on the inscription in a wooded protected site of a construction of 20 flats. I proposed traversants housing, with big terraces, directed Southeast and Northwest to take advantage at the most of the sun. The presence of a free plan in ground floor gives to the project a freedom of movement and meetings.

Ce projet d’urbanisme prend place à Perpignan où il nous a été demandé de réfléchir aux enjeux prospectifs concernant les 30 prochaines années de la ville. Il fût important pour moi de traiter la question de la mixité sociale au sein du territoire, en proposant des solutions urbaines à l’échelle de l’agglomération.

This urban planning project takes place in Perpignan where it was asked to us to think about the forward-looking stakes concerning the next 30 years of the city. It was important for me to handle the question of the social mixity in the territory, by proposing urban solutions on the scale of the urban area and not only on the scale of a district.

J’ai eu l’occasion d’effectuer plusieurs contrats avec l’agence Architectonica, durant lesquels j’ai pu travailler sur différents projets. En voici un petit aperçu (images de haut en bas) avec la création d’un APS pour une rénovation d’une grange en plusieurs appartements, modélisation 3D puis traitement pour un projet d’immeuble de logements collectifs ou encore la réhabilitation de ladite agence d’architecture.

I had the opportunity to make several short time jobs in an architecture agency where I was able to work on various projects. This is a small overview: plan for a renovation of a barn in several apartments, 3D modelling then processing for a project of building of collective housing, or still rehabilitation of the aforementioned agency of architecture.

Toujours au sein de l’agence Architectonica, mais cette fois-ci de manière plus autonome, j’ai eu l’occasion de travailler sur une extension de villa individuelle en structure bois en réalisant une étude de faisabilité complète (estimation coûts des travaux pour les différents APS) ou encore sur les plans éxécutifs de logements privés (plan R+1 et une coupe associée).

Always within the architecture agency who employed me before, but this time in a more autonomous way, I had the opportunity to work on an extension of individual house in wooden structure by realizing a complete feasibility study with estimation costs of the works for the four projects. I also worked on the executive plans of a private housing (R+1 plan and the associated section).


Création d’une maquette à l’échelle 1:100 d’un bâtiment de logement collectif. Cette maquette était à la demande d’un constructeur immobilier qui souhaitait augmenter ses ventes d’appartements en proposant aux futurs clients une visualisation plus complète de l’immeuble.

Creation of a model at 1:100 of a building of collective housing. This model was a request of a building contractor who wished to increase his sales of apartments by proposing to the prospective customers a more complete visualization of the building.

Stage de quatre semaines au sein d’une agence de design et d’aménagement intérieur sur Paris. Ayant une grande autonomie, j’ai pu travailler sur une dizaine de projets, de la création produit à la réorganisation de locaux en passant par la réalisation de vues 3D pour plusieurs clients. Ci-contre, de haut en bas: création de vitrine pour Cape & Cape, aménagement hall pour Nexans, image de synthèse pour du carrelage Villeroy et Boch et création de meubles Ferrari.

Four weeks internship in a design agency and interior design, in Paris. I was able to work, with huge autonomy, on about ten projects. From top to bottom: creation of a shop showcase (Cape&Cape), arrangement of the hall (Nexans), 3D image for tiles (Villeroy and Boch) and creation furniture (Ferrari).

Remise en état et amélioration d’un local commercial pour rendre un institut de beauté plus confortable et moderne.Nous avons pensé l’espace pour créer une zone d’accueil ainsi que deux cabines de soin utilisable par tous. En complément nous avons créé une cuisine et des vestiaires pour les employés. Les clients souhaitaient une ambiance particulière en matière de décoration, entre romantisme chic et boudoir.

Restoration and improvement of a beauty institute. We thought of the space to create a zone of reception as well as two cabins usable by all. In complement we created a kitchen and changing rooms for the employees. There is a particular atmosphere regarding decoration, between romanticism and boudoir.

« La Pointe Courte, c’est le bout du bout, l’extrémité de la ville, l’extrémité de la terre. C’est ce qu’il reste avant l’étang, avant l’horizon. C’est ce que l’on garde précieusement quand on ne pêche plus, quand on ne sort plus en mer, quand il n’y a plus de poisson. C’est un patrimoine que l’on garde au chaud et que l’on transmet de générations en générations. La Pointe Courte, c’est une grande famille. Une famille que l’on ne choisit pas forcément mais avec qui on vit au jour le jour, quotidiennement, depuis toujours. On y naît et on y reste. La Pointe Courte, c’est le partage. De la rue, des chats, du verre de pastis et du barbecue sur le trottoir. C’est la proximité de l’autre, du voisin, de l’ami, du frère. Et de sa voiture, de ses enfants, de son sac de ciment posé juste devant ma maison. C’est la vie. C’est la famille. C’est la maison. La Pointe Courte, c’est la définition de la cohabitation. »

LA BARQUE: tout en longueur, regarde vers le port, s’ouvre sur l’eau.L’HAMEÇON: lieu attractif, envie d’y aller, volonté de se retrouver.LE PHARE: point de signal, véritable repère du quartier, vue panoramique.

COHABITATION: L’état de deux personnes qui habitent ensemble. Fait de cohabiter, de vivre ensemble, co-exister. Habiter dans le même logement que quelqu’un, vivre avec un autre groupe présent sur le même

territoire.

« Aux portes de la Camargue, s’élèvent les remparts imposants de la ville d’Aigues Mortes. Devant eux, une architecture éphémère d’acier oxydé et de bois, recréant un paysage horizontal aux abords de cette ville médiéval. Des lames couleur rouille se dressent le long de la pierre, créant un cheminement contre la fortification et permettant une quasi-transparence entre dedans et dehors, entre le moulin à sel et les collines blanches au loin. La structure métallique entièrement démontable, pensée comme un portique et composée d’IPN en acier, se couvre et de se découvre tout au long de la promenade, induisant des espaces de stationnement, d’exposition, de restauration ou encore de spectacle. Le bâtiment se décale des remparts et s’y rapproche mais laisse toujours le même vaste espace devant lui, face aux étangs, pour laisser libre la vue et la fluidité de la zone. »

« Il était une fois l’abeille. 1cm de long, des rayures jaune et noires, à la fois la plus exigeante et la plus petite des clientes. Elle souhaitait voir ériger en son honneur une demeure, mais pas n’importe laquelle, la plus belle des ruches urbaines. Il nous fallait donc créer un habitat ni trop chaud, ni trop froid, ni trop humide, ni trop ensoleillé… une maison miniature sans défault pour satisfaire la reine et ses disciples. Un chateau des temps modernes à l’échelle de sa cour, entièrement fonctionnel et aux couleurs de sa majesté.

Une ruche en béton et en transparence, un habitat confortable et opérationnel, un compromis idéal entre design et apiculture. »

INTÉRÊTS I N T E R E S T passions et voyages hobbies and travels

La photographie comme moyen de m’exprimer, de travailler la lumière et les couleurs mais aussi comme façon de voir le monde. Et c’est pour cela que je multiplie et diversifie mes essais photographiques: de la photographie évènementielle, à la photographie d’architecture, de voyages ou encore culinaire, je vois dans la pratique un outil polyvalent d’expression de ma personnalité.

The photography is the best way to express myself, to work the light and the colors and also a way of seeing the world differently. And that’s why I multiply and diversifies my photographic tries: factual photography, architecture, trips or still culinary photography, I see this technic as multi-purpose tool of expression of my personality.
