Process Information• Slip casting

– is used to make thin walled components.– Components with extreme smooth surface finish for control in Process. – Control in grain structure to modify strength related properties.– Control in Composition for modification of properties.

• Gel casting – is used for creating complex shapes. – Variation in porosities and pore size can be achieved.

• Pressing – is used for simple components and high volume production

• Grinding and Lapping – is being carried out to provide high tolerance technical ceramic components
