Zusätzlich werden alle Antriebe mit Paßfeder und Stirngewinde an der Welleausgestattet, um eine dem Ex-Schutz angemessene Laufradsicherungzu erreichen.

Gefahrstoff-AbsaugungenBei der Absaugtechnik von Gefahrstoffen, wiez. B. Gießharz- oder Klebstoffdämpfe bestehtdie Problematik, daß Luft, die in hoher Konzen-tration mit explosiven Gasen angereichert ist,durch den während des Absaugvorgangs rotierenden Ventilator transportiert wird.Solche Medien können bei Funkenbildungdurch streifende Ventilatorteile eine Explosionhervorrufen. Dadurch kann einerseits der Volumenstrom undandererseits der Schalldruckpegel eingeregelt werden. Der Regel-bereich liegt zwischen 1400 und 2800 U/min. Bei einer Halbierung derDrehzahl wird die statische Pressung geviertelt und der Volumen-strom halbiert. Man kann lediglich nach unten einregeln, da eineDrehzahlveränderung nach oben eine höhere Motorleistung erfordern würde.

The speed can only be reduced since anincrease in speed would require a higher engine output.

Fans herebyreplace conventional bellows.The blacksmith can switch the"bellows" on and off with theswitch and control his embers asrequired. The motor requires nocooling, also favoured by the aluminium extruded profile. Theconvection cooling is very good thanks to the large surfacearea of the motor. An On/Off switch can be mounted on theterminal box.

Ventilatortype EMV 133Dieser Ventilator wird als Mitteldruckventilator eingestuft und miteinem eigenen Laufrad von Karl Klein bestückt. Das Gehäuse ist sehrschmal, dadurch auch kompakt. Der Motor benötigt keine Kühlung,was auch durch das Aluminium-Strangpressprofil begünstigt wird.Die Konfektions-Kühlung ist durch die große Oberfläche des Motorssehr gut. Auf den Klemmkasten kann ein Aus-/Ein-Schalter montiertwerden.

FeldschmiedenBei einer Schmiedeesse oderFeldschmiede ist es wichtig, daß dieGlut am Glühen gehalten wird, damiteine möglichst große Hitze zumSchmieden ensteht. Dazu ersetzenVentilatoren den herkömmlichenBlasebalg. Mit dem Schalter kann der Schmied den „Blasebalg“ ein oder auschalten und seine Glut nachBedarf steuern. Durch seineBauweise, (schmales Gehäuse, rückwärtsgekrümmtes Laufrad mitrelativ großem Durchmesser), eignet er sich zur Überwindung vonmittleren Drücken bei relativ geringem Volumenstrom.
