APU 大分校友会代表の楠木健司（くすのきけんじ）と申します。私
は 2010 年春に APU を卒業し、大分県内のメーカーに勤務していま
す。昨年は同じ APU の卒業生と結婚し、今年は子どももうまれてく
る予定です（笑）大分校友会は、2013 年の 4月に発足しました。
2013 年の活動として、大分の地域散策、県内の小学生・高校生・
APU の国際学生・卒業生による交流企画、福岡校友会との合同ビー
チバレー、クリスマスライブを行いました。運営メンバーは、APU
一期生から 2011 年卒業生までと幅広く、台湾出身の方も一緒に活
動しています。大分は APU キャンパスがあるので、在校生とのかか
わりも多いチャプターだと思います。私は学生の頃からやりたい事
I am KUSUNOKI Kenji, representative of the APU Alumni Association Oita Chapter Last year I married another APU graduate and this year we are expecting our first child (laughs). The Oita chapter of the Alumni Association was established in April, 2013. During 2013 we held local walks around Oita, exchange events between APU graduates, international students and elementary and high school children from around Oita, a beach volleyball competition with the Fukuoka chapter and a Christmas Live event. Our chapter has members from APU’s first batch of graduates right up to 2011 graduates, as well as an international graduate member from Taiwan. Obviously, because APU is located here in Beppu, the Oita chapter of the alumni association has a lot to do with current students. I have done everything I’ve wanted to since being a student and I have continued to be honest to myself in the things I have done since graduation. I hope to continue to plan events that will be well received by a lot of people. Making international networks is well, APU in a nutshell. It is my hope that other alumni use these networks as much as possible to enhance both their professional and private lives. Let’s use these new friendships and enthusiasm to really enjoy our life as members of society together! The Oita chapter is looking for new members so if you know any graduates who could join please tell them about us.

を力いっぱいやってきました。卒業してからも、自分のハートに素直にいろんなことに取り組みます！いろんな
方のアンテナにヒットするような企画をこれからもやっていきます！世界に広がるネットワークこそが、APU そ
のものです。卒業生はぜひこのネットワークをこれでもかっていうくらい使って、自分の仕事やプライベートを
充実させてもらえたらいいなと思います。新たな出会いと、熱い想いをともに、社会人ライフ一緒に楽しんで行
きましょう！大分校友会では、現在運営メンバー募集中なので身近に卒業生を知っていたらぜひ教えて下さい。

Christmas Live
12 月 7 日（土）に APU Pacific Café にて X’mas
Live を行いました。APU 卒業生や在校生、教職員、一
般の方とさまざまな方が演奏してくださいました。寒
い一日でしたが音楽を聴きながら校友の手作りケーキ
やコーヒーを飲み、暖かくほっこりとした時間を過ご
し 12 月の忙しさを忘れるようなひと時でした。来年
も開催しますので是非ご参加ください♪
演奏したい方も是非～(*^^*)
APU Alumni Association’s 10th anniversary events
Achievement Award
Anniversary events sponsored by Chapters have started. The first one was held by Indonesia Chapter on Jan 18. Not only video lecture by Dahlan sensei, Flag relay, but also they invited children from an orphanage to play with them. They even made donation to the orphanage. The Philippines Chapter followed it on February 15 inviting Professor Salazar. They received the flag and the back screen from Indonesia Chapter and then relayed to Myanmar Chapter who held the event in the form of educational seminar inviting a professor from Yangon Institute of Economics and Dean Yokoyama’s video lecture was played. The events will be continued to other chapters all over the world!
In 2010, we have established Achievement Award in honoring alumni who have made prominent contribution to the society. This year the award went to Ms. Ekaterina Porras Sivolobova (APS2009/IMAT 2011) and Mr. Philipp Rosenthal(IMAT2009). Actually they are a husband and wife. Ms.Ekaterina has been tackling with rights violation and justice, while Mr.Philipp has been engaged in the effort to realizing environmentally sustainable development. We keep encouraging the world to work for what these two alumni have been trying to accomplish.
今回「OB、OG が就活生にもの申す」というイベントを
全回生向けに行いました。
このイベントでは、夢を追い求めて周りに左右される
ことなく自分流の就活を行った先輩方 7名をお呼びし
パネルディスカッションやプレゼンテーションを行い
ました。
このイベントを通して、就職活動の中で何が本当に大
切なものなのか、就活生ではない自分達にとっても良
い刺激となり、今からできる事今すべき事について知
れるきっかけとなりました 。（TM）
