COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
1
On a land of 230,500 sq. ft. in Clairemont Mesa, an urban
proposal has been suggested to develop this neighborhood.
The proposal has two major urban functions:
• Residential
• Commercial
The proposal was designed in :
• Freehand Sketching
• AutoCAD
• PowerPoint
• Producing Physical Models

I chose the minimum surface area of the user 18' x 18' that
the architectural space would be effective and successful
functionally.
CLAIREMONT MESA
MODERN LIFE COMPLEX5
The concept came as a translation of Human Scale
according to the fact that humanitarian criterion is the
main factor in building the concept of the design.
Then I applied that module on the entire site in both
residential and commercial sections, and thus the site
follows one system.
This distribution has its constructability benefits in regards
of determining construction units on the ground
programmatically and sequentially.

BIOGRAPHY:
At a young age I created my first house model with the help of my father. In doing this I realized it was my dream
to become an architect. My goal is always to engage architecture with the community and bring livable art to all. Being
sustainably-minded, I view my desire to create a positive interaction with the built environment and the natural
environment.
I constantly seek to involve myself with challenges that provide opportunities for growth. For instance, I have hands on
experience in structural engineering. I use this background to inform my design process and show the strength of the
architectural components to the community.
My academic experience has given me the tools to provide a strong vision of architecture to the community and bring
architecture to life while my professional experience enhanced the ability to integrate both Architecture and
Engineering experience within the design phases and to allow for greater design practices.
