Fluida nelle linee, calda nei materiali; una silhouette decisa che cattura l’attenzione. Il risultato trascende le singole parti: Saya è un invito ai diversi ambienti, dalla casa al contract.

Saya is a mark, a gesture, a graphic sign, rendered in wood to finish a space like a signature. Fluid in line, warm in material, its silhouette is bold, striking. The sum is more than the parts: Saya inspires inclusion in diverse environments from home to contract.

Saya ist eine in Holz ausgeführte Marke, eine Geste, ein graphisches Zeichen, das einen Raum wie eine Unterschrift vervollständigt. Fließend in den Linien, warm im Material; die Silhouette ist kühn, ins Auge fallend. Ein Ganzes, das mehr ist als die Summe der Teile: Saya ist wie eine Klammer, zu Hause und im Objektbereich.

Destinata sia all’uso domestico sia contract, Saya è disponibile in essenza di rovere, nelle tinte naturale e teak, e nei colori - tinti a poro aperto - bianco, nero, ocra e rosso in tre diverse tonalità, per permettere varie combinazioni coerenti tra loro. La base a 4 gambe è disponibile in legno o in acciaio cromato. La versione con base a 4 gambe in acciaio cromato è impilabile per permettere l’utilizzo su vasta scala e lo stoccaggio.

Entworfen sowohl für den Wohn- wie den Konferenzbereich, ist Saya lieferbar in Eiche Natur und Teak sowie in der Variante Lasur offenporig in den Farben Weiß, Schwarz, Ocker und Rot in drei verschiedenen Tönen, was eine variable und zugleich geschlossene Kombination ermöglicht. Das vierbeinige Gestell gibt es in den Ausführungen Holz oder Stahl verchromt.Die vierbeinige Version in Stahl verchromt ist stapelbar, so dass sich auch große Stückzahlen zur Bestuhlung von Versammlungsräumen problemlos verstauen lassen.

Idéale pour des ambiances tant contract que résidentielle, Saya est disponible en essence de rouvre, en version teinte naturelle ou teck. Elle se décline en divers coloris (teints à pores ouvertes), afin de varier les combinaisons de manière cohérente : blanc, noir, ocre et 3 nuances de rouge. Le piètement à quatre pieds est disponible en bois ou en acier chromé. La version à quatre pieds en acier chromé est empilable, facilitant ainsi l’usage et le rangement à grande échelle.

Pensada para uso doméstio o contract, Saya está disponible en roble, con tinte natural o teka, y en blanco, negro, ocre y rojo, tintados a poro abierto y en tres tonalidades distintas. Esta gama cromática permite distintas combinaciones coherentes entre los distintos colores. La base de cuatro patas está disponible en madera o acero cromado. La versión de cuatro patas en acero cromado es apilable y permite su utilización y almacenaje a gran escala.

Made for both residential and contract use, Saya is fabricated in oak and finished in teak, and natural stain. Color stains include white, black, ochre and three shades of red to permit variable yet cohesive combination. The 4 leg base is available in wood or chrome-finish steel. The 4 leg chrome-finish steel version is stackable to allow for large-scale use and storage.

Made for both residential and contract use, indoors and out, Juno is a single-shot molded plastic chair available in 4 forms: solid back and open back, both with and without arm rests. All forms are available in 5 colors: white, sand, anthracite, orange, yellow. Seat and back rests can be finished in upholstered pads. All variations are stackable to allow for large-scale use and storage.

DIZZIE & EOLONuovi materiali per i piani Le curve sottili e le superfici decise delle collezioni Dizzie ed Eolo vengono ulteriormente valorizzate dall’introduzione dei nuovi piani colorati in laminato. Disponibili in tre colori — bianco, grigio scuro e nero — le superfici laminate sono particolarmente resistenti e facili da pulire. Questo le rende adatte soprattutto all’uso in ambienti contract. Altri colori sono disponibili su richiesta.

New materials to top

The subtle curves and strong surfaces of table collections Dizzie and Eolo will be enhanced with new color laminate tops. Available in three colors — white, dark gray and black — laminate is particularly resistant to wear and easy to maintain which renders these new options particularly well suited to contract applications. Additional colors are available on request.

Neue Materialien Platten

Die subtilen Kurven und kraftvollen Oberflächen der Tischkollektionen Dizzie und Eolo werden um neue farbige Laminatplatten erweitert, die in den Farben — Weiß, Dunkelgrau und Schwarz — erhältlich sind. GINGER

Nouveaux détails bicolores

De Dizzie à Catifa, l’emploi du bicolore — cette continuité fluide entre les deux surfaces de diverses couleurs d’une table ou d’une chaise — était déjà à l’honneur chez Arper. Ginger est une table élégante et versatile, idéale pour les cafés, bars et restaurants; sa souplesse se trouve aujourd’hui renforcée grâce à l’introduction d’un nouveau plateau bicolore. Actuellement, le plateau et le piètement de Ginger sont disponibles en trois couleurs : noir, blanc ou gris. Il sera désormais possible de concevoir de nouvelles combinaisons avec une couleur unique partant du piètement et se prolongeant jusqu’au bord supérieur du plateau. Il sera en outre possible d’assortir les plateaux à un piètement en aluminium poli.

New bi-color detailing

Bi-color treatment — the smooth, seamless attachment of separate colored surfaces on opposing sides of a table or chair — is already an Arper signature from Dizzie to Catifa. Now Ginger, an agile system of sleek, versatile tables for café, bar and restaurant use, is soon to be even more dexterous with the possibility of new bi-color table top. Currently, Ginger is available in three colors: black, white and gray, for both table top and base. Now, it will be possible to marry different bases with different table tops, the color extending from the base to the edge of the table top surface with a clean, crisp seam. All table top colors are also available with a polished aluminum.

Zweifarbig

Zweifarbkombinationen — also die sanfte, nahtlose Verbindung verschiedenfarbiger Oberflächen eines Tischs oder Stuhls — sind für viele Arper-Produkte erhältlich, von Dizzie bis Catifa. Ginger, ein flexibles System eleganter, flexibler Tische für Cafés, Bars oder Restaurants, wird in Zukunft durch eine neue zweifarbige Platte noch vielseitiger. Bisher gab es Platte und Gestell nur einfarbig in den Farben Schwarz, Weiß oder Grau. Ab sofort sind Gestelle und Platten auch in einer Kombination dieser Farben erhältlich, wobei die Gestellfarbe bis zur Oberkante der Platte reicht. Sämtliche Platten sind auch mit einem Gestell in Aluminium poliert erhältlich.

Ginger, un sistema de mesas elegante y versátil, idóneo para bares, cafés o restaurantes; es ahora más flexible gracias a un nuevo sobre bicolor. Actualmente, el sobre y la base de Ginger están disponibles en tres colores: negro, blanco y gris. A partir de ahora se podrán crear nuevas combinaciones con un único color que se extenderá de la base hasta el extremo superior del sobre. También será posible combinar todos los sobres con una base de aluminio brillante.

Attualmente, il piano e la base di Ginger sono disponibili in tre colori: nero, bianco e grigio. D’ora in poi si potranno creare nuove combinazioni con un unico colore che si estende dalla base fino all’estremità superiore del piano. Sarà inoltre possibile abbinare tutti i piani con una base in alluminio lucido.

PIX OUTDOORUna gradita novità

Una morbida seduta può trovare spazio sia all’interno sia all’esterno. Pix è ora disponibile per essere utilizzato anche all’aperto. L’arredamento per esterni deve resistere all’umidità; infatti nella maggior parte dei prodotti l’imbottitura interna viene sigillata per evitare la formazione di muffa. Pix Outdoor sfrutta un’idea completamente diversa, basata sul rapido fluire dell’acqua attraverso la struttura: “l’idrodrenaggio”. La sinergia tra il materiale interno in poliuretano e il rivestimento — realizzato con una nuova gamma di tessuti in poliestere, resistenti e ad asciugatura rapida — garantisce una veloce evaporazione dell’umidità e una confortevole seduta. Pix Outdoor è disponibile nelle seguenti versioni: a un posto (in due diametri diversi) e a tre posti. La versione a cinque posti è disponibile su richiesta.

Das Zusammenspiel zwischen der Polyurethanpolsterung und den neuartigen Bezügen aus widerstandsfähigen, schnelltrocknenden Polyestergeweben bewirkt das schnelle Verdunsten von Feuchtigkeit und ein jederzeit komfortables Sitzvergnügen im Freien.Pix Outdoor gibt es als Einsitzer klein und groß sowie als Dreisitzer. A welcome addition

A soft spot to sit is just as commodious outside as it is inside. Pix is now available to accommodate use in outdoor spaces. All outdoor furniture must combat moisture and mold. Most attempt to seal the interior and repel moisture. Pix Outdoor works on a fundamentally different idea called “hydro-draining,” based on the rapid flow and movement of water over and through the structure. An interior polyurethane structure covered with a new collection of durable, fast-drying fabrics in polyester work together to facilitate the quick evaporation of moisture and a comfortable outdoor seat. Pix Outdoor is available in one-seat (two different diameters), and three-seat sizes. Five-seat is available on request.

A l’intérieur, à l’extérieur, s’assoir en un endroit moelleux procure un tel plaisir ! Pix est dorénavant transposable en plein air. Cependant, l’humidité représente un réel danger pour les meubles d’extérieur; avant d’éviter la formation de moisissures, la plupart des produits adoptent un revêtement interne hermétiquement fermé. Pix Outdoor est basé sur “ l’hydro-drainage”, une formule radicalement différente permettant à l’eau de s’écouler rapidement à travers la structure. Cette synergie entre un matériau interne en polyuréthane et un revêtement basé sur une nouvelle gamme de tissus en polyester résistants et séchant vite garantit à la fois une évaporation rapide de l’humidité et une assise confortable. Pix Outdoor est disponible en version une place (avec deux diamètres différents) ou trois places. La version cinq places est disponible sur demande.

L’approccio umanistico del loro design è permeato dalla ricerca di forme esteticamente belle e pure, che nascono dalle costrizioni derivate da esigenze ed elementi funzionali, tecnologici e di contesto. Lievore Altherr Molina was founded by Alberto Lievore, Jeannette Altherr and Manuel Molina in 1991. Nato a Londra, James Irvine si diploma nel 1984 presso il Royal College of Art di Londra. Nello stesso anno si trasferisce a Milano, iniziando la propria carriera come consulente in Olivetti. Nel 1987 lavora per un anno presso il Toshiba Design Centre di Tokyo e nel 1988 apre il proprio studio in Milano. Dal 1993 è anche socio responsabile per l’industrial design dello studio Sottsass Associati. Il suo studio di Milano ha collaborato con numerose aziende di fama internazionale. Stilisticamente caratterizzato dal formalismo geometrico, il design di James Irvine si contraddistingue per la forte considerazione nei confronti dell’utente finale, per lo spirito indipendente e per l’attenzione alla qualità della vita. Nel 2004 viene eletto RDI — Royal Designer for Industry — dalla Royal Society of Arts di Londra.

Born in London, James Irvine graduated from the Royal College of Art London in 1984. That same year he moved to Milan, Italy to begin his practice as a design consultant for Olivetti. In 1987, he worked at the Toshiba Design Centre in Tokyo. At this time, he began his own design practice in Milan. From 1993 to 1999, he was a partner of Sottsass Associati Milan responsible for industrial design. His studio in Milan has worked with numerous internationally renowned companies. Distinguished visually by a geometric formalism, Irvine describes his practice as ultimately guided by a concern for the end user, an independent spirit and attention to the quality of life. In 2004, Irvine was elected RDI — Royal Designer for Industry — by the Royal Society of Arts in London.

James Irvine stammt aus London. 1984 macht er am dortigen Royal College of Art seinen Abschluss und zieht dann nach Mailand, wo er in der Entwurfsabteilung von Olivetti tätig ist; 1987 geht er für ein Jahr nach Tokio ans Toshiba Design Centre. Im Jahr darauf eröffnet James Irvine ein eigenes Studio in Mailand und arbeitet in der Folge mit zahlreichen Firmen von Weltruf zusammen.
