Perfect visual appearance thanks to attractive color covers. Fitting parts are not visible.

The stays are covered with a highly polished cover track. Color-matching the stays is not required.

No protruding screws in the upper stay area: guiding rail with PVC screw cover profile.

End caps overlap with the folding cover profile.

Track end caps, guide block, and buffer bottom color-matched with the fitting.

Attractively shaped bogie cover:elegant design thanks to the flat and narrow shape of the aluminium cover profile. The cover capsperfectly overlap with the cover profile. This overlapmakes it possible to even out any length differences.

Minimum storage requirements thanks to mostefficient packaging units.

LM handle providesfor easy one-handoperation includingcovered rosette attach-ment.


Quick and easyinstallation by simplyunscrewing the fitting. All major tilt and slide components are fastened to the inner surfaces of thesash and frame.

Low space requirementsinside the rebate thanks tolow components - floatingtrunnions on the bottomcorners and functional staydesign in the upper part.

Safe and easy suspension and unhinging of the stays (no loose parts). A simple jig system eliminates fabricationerrors almost completely.

Rugged bogies accommodate large glass weights. Minimum torsion forcesat the sash profile thanks to the short distance between the supporting boltand the sash.

The height adjustment of the bogies (+4/-2 mm) ensures excellent regulationof the sash and the frame.

The track profile ensures ideal screw seating and excellent anti-lift security.

ATRIUM Alu-HKS 180 ZLK withautomatic operationThe fact that the sash can be tilted and engaged automatically and you can freely choose between locking and not locking whenclosing the sash yields considerable operating and security benefits.Safe stay guidance for smooth and noiseless running. When in tilt and sliding position, the stays are prevented from slamming shut. When in locked position, the sash will also automatically be lockedin the stay area.Excellent running characteristics thanks to large rollers and cleaning brushes, which keep the running rail dust-free at all times.

Smooth one-hand operationAll functions are centrally controlled by HAUTAU's design handle. In addition to tilting, sliding, and locking when tipping and engaging the sash automatically, you can also choose betweenautomatic locking and not locking by selecting certain handlepositions (90 or 125). Lockout is not possible when the handle is in slide unlocking position. The lockable handles are certified in accordance with RAL regulations and proven to resist forces of up to 200 Nm. They can be locked into different positions, including night ventposition. Child-safety lock in combination with a lockable door handle. Wind and draft proof tilt-end position.Safe locking system thanks to 54 mm stroke. Sash closing pressure adjustable by means of adjustable locking cams.
