We are offering a special class for the purpose of
instructing Children and Parents about the Sacra-
ment of the Altar. This is for those children 4th
grade and up whose parents think they are ready to
receive Holy Communion. This will prepare them to
receive this Sacrament before confirmation. It is
not a replacement for confirmation class, nor is it a
requirement. It is an option for those who want to
learn about communion and receive it before they
are confirmed. The class will be from 9:00 a.m. until
2:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided. Parents or guardi-
ans must attend with their child. There will be
breakout sessions for parents and children to work
together on some of the materials. If you and your
child are planning to attend, please call the church
office to register.
