A800 4 è l’avvolgitore automatico ad anello rotante per l’avvolgimento di pallet con film estensibile. Permette di avvolgere 130 pallet all’ora con un sistema di prestiro elettronico che consente un allungamento del film fino al 320%.
A800 4 is the automatic wrapper with rotary ring for wrapping pallets with stretch film. It can wrap 130 pallets in an hour with an electronic pre-stretch system which can extend the film by up to 320%.

A800 4E è la versione con stendifoglio per la copertura superiore dei carichi pallettizzati. Avvolge 100 pallet all’ora e garantisce una copertura ermetica proteggendo anche i carichi sottoposti a pioggia e umidità.
A800 4E is the version with a top sheet dispenser for palletized loads. It wraps 100 pallets in an hour and ensures a hermetic seal to protect loads that may come into contact with rain or humidity.

1 ANELLO ROTANTE VELOCE, LEGGERO E RESISTENTEL’anello realizzato con profilo in acciaio calandrato, quindi leggero ma molto resistente, ha un’elevata velocità di rotazione e grande stabilità. Le ruote su cui scorre l’anello sono rese complanari da una fine lavorazione, rendendo il movimento fluido riducendo al minimo la rumorosità. La precisa distribuzione del film sul carico è garantita dalla gestione ad assi dei movimenti di rotazione e salita-discesa dell’anello.
FAST, LIGHT AND RESISTANT ROTARY RINGThe ring, manufactured from calibrated steel profile which is light but very durable, has a high rotation speed and is extremely stable. The wheels which drive the ring are precision engineered so that movements are smooth flowing, keeping noise emission to the absolute minimum. The precise distribution of the film on the load is guarantee by the axle management of the rotation and upward-downward movements of the ring.

DISPOSITIVO DI MESSA IN SICUREZZA DELL’ANELLOTechnowrapp, convinta che i dispositivi di sicurezza non possano essere un optional, ha inserito di serie anche sulla A800 4 e A800 4E i dispositivi di blocco meccanico sul movimento di salita-discesa dell’anello. Nelle operazioni di cambio bobina o di manutenzione, l’anello è assicurato nella sua posizione da quattro dispositivi che si inseriscono all’interno dei montanti della macchina.
RING SAFETY DEVICETechnowrapp believe emphatically the safety devices are not optional and have incorporate mechanical block devices on both upward and downward ring movement as standard on the A800 4 and A8004E. During a reel changeover and maintenance operations, the ring is secured in position by four devices which are inserted inside the machine legs.

PRESTIRO ELETTRONICO CON DINAMO TACHIMETRICALa dinamo tachimetrica permette l’erogazione fluida del film ed un elevato prestiro, garantendo una forza di serraggio (holding force) distribuita equamente sul perimetro del carico al fine di evitare lo schiacciamento degli angoli e contemporaneamente lo spostamento dei prodotti sul pallet.
ELECTRONIC PRE-STRETCHING WITH TACHYMETRIC DYNAMOThe tachymetric dynamo allows the smooth distribution of the film and a greater degree of stretching which ensures an evenly distributed holding force around the perimeter of the load, preventing the corners from being crushed and the loads from moving on the pallets.

DISPOSITIVO DI CAMBIO BOBINA AUTOMATICOIl sistema consente all’avvolgitore di cambiare automati-camente la bobina di copertura laterale. Inoltre è possibile ricaricare le bobine durante il funzionamento della macchi-na, consentendo così di non interrompere il lavoro.
AUTOMATIC CHANGEOVER OF STRETCH FILM REELThe system allows the wrapping machine to automatically change the stretch film reel. It is also possible to recharge the reels during the machine’s work, it allows to continue the wrapping job.

SHEET DISPENSER ON VERSION ERobust and versatile solution. The device allows you to cut the upper film with a perfect and accurate cutting and to select the exact size and position to cover top of the load. The cover reel is in an accessible position behind the protective guards. The device allows the load to be hermetically sealed.
