announces open tender (210013-19) for Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

I.

Documents to be submitted for participation in the bid:

Application for participation in the contest (the form is attached); bank document on payment of the participation fee; The contest proposal (must be valid at least 30 banking days after the opening of the contest proposals).

An application for participation in the contest (signed and stamped) and bank payment document for payment of participation fee will be issued at the latest in 08.10.2019 (7 working days before the deadline for submission of bidding proposals) at 17:00 Baku time - must be submitted in English at the address indicated in the procurement agency.

Copies of the required documents (excluding contest proposal) can be sent to the purchasing authority's contact person's e-mail address. In such case, the original documents must be submitted to the Purchaser until the last day of submission of the contest proposals.

II.Deadline and timing of submission of the contest proposal:

The contest proposal should be submitted to the Purchasing Organization until 09:30 Baku time, on 17.10.2019, with a single original and in two copies.

Proposed envelopes will be returned back without opening after the indicated date and time.

III.

Acquisition of a collection of participation fees and key terms:

Anyone who wants to acquire a basic set of conditions in English may receive them at any working day from 08:00 to 17:00 until the time indicated in the graph I of the call from the contact person electronically or in print form upon the payment of the participation fee in 236 manat or in its equivalent (VAT included) in freely convertible currency into the indicated account:

The participation fee is not refundable in any case.

IV.Guarantee for proposal (not required):

Together with the bidding proposal, along with other documents specified in the main terms of the bid, the bidding proposal must be provided in the amount of 0% per cent of the price of the bidding proposal.The type and validity of the guarantee will be reflected in the main set of terms.

V. Contract implementation period:
