A l’initiative d’un ancien graffeur, Bagapart est conçu telle une plateforme d’expression pluridisciplinaire et sans étiquette, sans diktat esthétique mais comme un miroir d’envies

et de coups de cœur, de rencontres et de passion.

Polymorphe, Bagapart mêle performances, expositions, sons et images, s’intègre à la ville en donnant vie aux œuvres de ses artistes, va à la rencontre des autres pour présenter et

promouvoir simplement la diversité de styles, d’idées et d’envies.

L’univers de Bagapart croise celui de l’image avec celui de la musique. Multipliant les collaborations avec des groupes ou des festivals,

les modèles de la collection portent naturellement des noms de morceaux musicaux, autant de clins d’œil à la fonctionnalité des sacs mais établissant surtout une playlist

à l’image de notre démarche :

ouverte, internationale, transgénérationnelle et intemporelle.

Lyon, 2009. A new brand was born. Instilled by a former graffiti artist, Bagapart is a stage for any forms of art to thrive. No etiquette, no rule of aesthetics. Bagapart is carved from crude fancies and dreams, just heart and soul.

The brand fuses visual arts with textile industry to shape a world governed by the diversity of styles and the freshness of new ideas.

Moldable as clay, Bagapart’s substance comes in all shapes and sizes ; it permeates worlds made of pictures and sounds, live performances and art exhibitions ; it melts into the city and breathes new life into art pieces.

Music festivals and bands we join up with give a voice to our concept. All bags are named after song titles alluding to their features, to compose a flawless playlist that goes far beyond borders and age barriers.

Bagapart est né en 2009 à Lyon afin de créer une passerelle entre deux univers créatifs qui se côtoient souvent mais ne se connaissent que superficiellement :

l’art graphique et le textile.

Organiser, agencer, ranger, structurer,

classer, planifier... Et si les idées, les indi-vidus, les objets ou la nature vivaient et prospéraient

mieux dans le désordre ?

« Désordres » est l’intitulé de la nouvelle collection Bagapart. Elle porte l’énergie créative, mêlée à l’alchimie des rencontres impromptues

mais aussi la diversité des styles et des genres, des nationalités et des âges de nos artistes et de nos publics.

Le bureau en vrac, un atelier où les toiles s’empilent et où les pots sont mal refermés, des idées qui s’entrechoquent, se contredisent ou s’enrichissent...

Ces instants ont donné naissance à un projet aux multiples facettes, où les frontières se sont abolies et les prises de paroles sont artistiques.

Laissons le naturel prendre sa place et les mauvaises herbes percer le béton de nos villes.

Ne tentons pas de dompter les envies, les goûts et les couleurs mais gardons une par-celle de désordre dans nos esprits et de liberté dans nos choix.

Nous prônons la diversité et la qualité dans nos relations et dans les œuvres que nous présentons. Les artistes nous accompagnant participent à

l’organisation de notre désordre, pour notre plus grand plaisir.

plus d’une trentaine d’artistes internationaux,

la collection Bagapart est une galerie de styles et de tendance sans frontière.

Le collage côtoie l’aérosol, la peinture à l’huile répond au vectoriel et la photographie se mêle à la gravure... La richesse et la diversité des oeuvres donnent une vie différente et unique à chacun des sacs de la collection.La relation entre Bagapart et les artistes composant la collection est fondée sur le respect et la confiance.

La valorisation des oeuvres est l’essence même du projet et non un simple faire valoir marketing. Lorsque les pinceaux et la bombe de peinture rencontrent l’aiguille d’une machine à coudre juste le temps d’une soirée dans un shop, l’alchimie entre les savoirs faire donne alors naissance

à des pièces uniques.

Et si l’atelier de peinture ou de confection étaient la ville,

more than thirty world class artists for a working combo.

Collages rub shoulders with grafittis, oil paintings take a jam session with graphic designs and photographs coalesce into engravings. Each work imparts new life to the bags of our line and makes them one in a million.

The relationship between Bagapart and artists steeps in trust and mu-tual respect. Something far beyond simple marketing strategies, our project’s substance is virtually the enhancement of unique art pieces.

One night, in a shop, brushes and spray cans meet needles of sewing machines. There is magic in the air.

Chemistry between all these skills is such that it gives birth to one of a kind pieces and turns the

town into an art studio or a bag making workshop.

S’inscrivant plus fortement dans les tendances actuelles, Bagapart allie fonctionnalité, originalité et qualité.

L’harmonie entre le tissu imprimé, le canvas coton et la boucle-rie bronze crée une identité forte au produit : oeuvre d’art nomade et pratique, le sac Bagapart est conçu pour durer

et être porté au quotidien par tout un chacun sans complexe.

Sac homme, femme ou mixte, la gamme allie sac «all over» et sac « reload ».En effet, en complément à nos

modèles « full print », nous avons développé dans nos studios un

système de visuels inter-changeables permettant

de renouveler à l’infinie la partie

imprimée du sac.

There is a true harmony between printed fabric, canvas cotton and antique brass buckles, which builds strong product identity. For men, women or both , Bagapart bags are nomadic art pieces melting into

everyone’s daily life.

Along with fully printed bags, we have developped « the reload » : a 360° zippered pocket incorporating the artist’s creation.

Customers can swap designs to match their bag with their outfit, mood or new fashion trends... Magic is in the zipper...
