Skills Training and Development

Birbal Academy & Publications Pvt Ltd (BAP) is an Indian

educational service and publishing company devoted to going a

step further in fulfilling the educational and literary needs of the

Indian society since its inception in 2000.

It is fashioned to function as skills training company to meet

today’s requirements by fresh-skilling, up-skilling and making

youths self employable.

The company was incorporated in Patna under the Companies

Act of the Government of India on the 13th of September, 2000.

Headquartered in the national capital, Delhi, it has branches in

Patna and other towns of Bihar.

British Lingua, the registered Trade Mark of the company, has

earned recognition and acclaim on both national and

international forums. It offers courses in vocational training in

general and English communication skills in particular.

Right since its inception, the company has carved a niche for

itself as a trailblazer of providing quality training through its

classroom facilities. It works in collaboration with private as

well as government departments.

We hone skills. But that's not just a catchphrase for us. Our

purpose, in fact, cuts deeper.

Imagine a short circuit in your home. It is 11 pm in the night. No

shows a sultry 43 degrees. No way can you steal a few winks.

You wish there was someone you could call, a professional,

someone available 24x7. You wouldn't find too many such

people we commonly call electricians, in your city. Even if you

do, they might lack the expertise. But who can equip them with

the requisite skills? That's where we come in.

A growing economy like India requires a large and skilled

workforce. As a matter of fact, everyone, everywhere needs

skilled people. Be it to fix your leaky sink, fill a role in your

company, design your logo, get your wife decked up for a party

or even babysit your kids. Every month, or perhaps every day,

hundreds of people need skilled people. On the other end of the

spectrum, there are several youths who are good but have some

impediment, social, economic or otherwise, stalking their path,

not allowing them to acquire the skills. That's where Birbal

Academy & Publications Private Limited (BAP) offers its

expertise to arm them with the required skills, bridging the gap

between the want to find and the want to be found. The array of

skills training courses offered, from Spoken English, electrician,

beautician, mason to plumbing and carpentry is our way of

bringing people together on a common platform, making lives

from all strata of life better, smoother and more satisfying.
