PERFORMERS
VERSE|ONE is the first non-auditioning, equal opportunity dance
troupe founded by the Vietnamese Students Association at Rutgers Univer-
sity. We strive to bridge the gap between performance and public by ena-
bling those with little or no dance experience to learn the value of team-
work and the intricacy of rhythm, choreography, and technique.
If you're interested in getting to know us, don't hesitate to contact
us via email for more information. Practice sessions are on semester inter-
vals and are open to all. Normal practice times are Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:00pm-midnight, and Sundays 9pm-midnight. Feel free to stop by our
practices anytime. Get to know the family!
RAGS (RAPS Acoustic Group of Singers) was made so that people who
love to sing or play instruments can jam out together and create some-
thing special. We perform most of the time with a group, but we never
forget the individual talent of our members. So people should join so they
can keep up to date to open mics happening around in the area. So if you
love to sing, want to learn or just want to stop by and listen, we have
meetings every Monday at 9:30 pm in Scott Hall, room 116.
ANN CLAIRE MACALINTAL is from North Jersey,
and music has always been a part of her life ever since she could talk.
Throughout high school, Ann Claire’s teachers introduced her to new per-
spectives on music and helped her grow as an overall person. And because
of them, she created her first Youtube channel and started from there.
Although music is such a big part of her life, she still plans to hopefully
work with special needs children down the line.
