    15. PEACEFUL RELINQUISHMENTAt the expirat ion of the PERMIT period, PERMITTEE sha l l ,

    without demand, quie t ly and peaceably re l inquish, surrender andde l ive r up possession of the AREA in good as condi t ion as it wasa t th e beginning of the PERMIT per iod. Peaceful re l inquishmenti s a lso required pursuant to the provis ions of Section 19 hereof ,or as provided in Section 2 hereof or as may otherwise bedi rec ted by CITY.
