本项目是为有志进入投资银行，政府或国际组织的大学精英精心打造的纽约训练营。SHOO-IN LLC 来自纽约，致力于金融领域的职业咨询。今年我们首次与 Wall Street Prep、联合国青年大会合作，分别推出了纽约投行训练营和 2015 联合国青年大会项目。联合国青年大会始于 2004 年，现已成功举办 11 届，是全球各国优秀青年和各界青年领袖一年一度的交流盛会；Wall Street Prep 培训项目创立于 2003 年，现已成为包括 Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse 等在内的超过 150 家金融公司的共同选择，也是沃顿商学院、MIT 斯隆商学院等全美顶尖商学院学生的必修课程。此次项目还邀请到了哥伦比亚大学、纽约大学的学界教授与华尔街精英的共同加盟与指导，从留学申请指南到职业生涯规划, 我们都将助你一臂之力。

纽约投行家项目简介：What’s Wall Street Prep？Wall Street Prep was founded in 2003 by a group of JP Morgan investment bankers with a simple

goal: to make the“investment banking skill-set”available to anyone who wants to learn it. Each year,

our innovative, hands-on courses are used by over 5,000 professionals and students.

Over 150 investment banks, private equity firms, and investment funds use Wall Street Prep to train

new and experienced analysts and associates. In addition, over 50 business schools, including

Wharton, Oxford, INSEAD, LSE, Kellogg, Booth, MIT, and Cornell use Wall Street Prep to better

prepare their students for careers in finance.

The course covers all the major investment banking interview questions.

What to expect in IBanking Boot Camp?

1. Financial & Valuation Modeling (Certificate of completion upon request)

SHOO-IN has invited Wall Street prep coach and will follow their famous schedule. The

instructor-led boot camp is a 4-day intensive training program where trainees learn financial and

valuation modeling in Excel using an intuitive, step-by-step approach. Participants will use real case

studies to build financial models from scratch the ways it is done at financial institutions.

2. Stock Pitch Competition

At the end of our boot camp, every student should choose one stock from New York Stock

Exchange, do valuation modeling and present it to investment bankers and other students. The stock

pitch is limited to 5 minutes, PPT max 6 pages. You are also required to compare your modeling with

Morgan Stanley June Research report and give us solid reasons whether it is overvalued. Top

performing students will get recommendation letter for investment bankers.

3. Confident Speech & Business Writing

Confident Speech: We invited Everett Leither, Director of Confident Speech as our speech class

mentor.

Business Writing: We have invited the writing coach from Gotham Writers’ workshop.
