Becky Sports is a trade company in China based production company specialized in

manufacturing swimwear and active wear. Our company have a cooperation factory with

100+ sewing workers in Jin Jiang City and provided samples for free and delivery date in

fast way.

Optimizing the existing production apparatus and investing almost 1 mil USD in new

manufacturing equipment we have succeeded in establishing a state of the art

manufacturing set up with 100 + employees and a monthly product output of 1 mil pieces of

garments. Our goal is to become the number one supplier of high end swimwear and active

wear within our region.

LADIES’ SWIMWEAR:

Swimwear is one of our main production and our main customer

including Forever 21, zlabels, Nordstrom, Zara, C&A, Disney, River

Island, ECI etc. Swimwear salesmen and QC supervise and inspect

the goods everyday at sewing factory.

We are able to produce all kinds of swimwear according customers’

requirements with professional paper maker , sample maker, quality

control, timely delivery and competitive price .

MENS UNDERWEAR:

Men’s underwear is also one of our main production commodities. With

a monthly output of 0,5 mil pieces of high end underwear we are among

the strongest underwear manufacturers in China. Our focus on state of

the art production equipment allows us to increase production capacity

and bring the overall overhead down.

cotton fabric, enzyme treated to give the product a

twice during production and final inspection when

the product is finished. This secures that all

underwear leaving our factory lives up to customer

• REACTIVE PRINTING: Colorful underwear sells and

we are therefore very experienced in a variety of

printing techniques. Reactive printing, transfer

printing, placement printing.

BEACH SHORTS:

Beach shorts production with the 100% Nylon or 100% Polyester, 4 way stretch fabric with wool processing or

without wool processing fabric. The heat transfer print colorfastness could reach 4 class.

Customer specs and ideas are analyzed.

We send material suggestions for

customer selection.

Counter samples are made and sent to

customer.

When samples are confirmed we prepare

material for bulk production.

PPS

When all materials are received we send PPS samples to customer

for approval.

When PPS are approved we prepare

bulk production.

Inline inspection

During production our highly skilled production managers will do an inline inspection making sure all

details are as confirmed.

SS

When bulk production is completed we send

SS samples to customer for approval.

Final inspection

When goods are ready to leave we conduct a

final inspection according to AQL 2,5

HOW WE WORK

Time is of the essence when developing new garment

solutions today, which is why Becky has a 5 man

strong team only working with development. Clients

are promised always to have new solution samples

ready in 7 days although very complex projects might

take slightly longer.

QUALITY CONTROL:

At Becky, we manifest and secure a

high level of product quality by testing

all subcontracted material like

waistband and fabric before moving into

production. Items are further inspected

100% by a responsible QC person

before moving of the production line.

Manifesting a high level of quality in

production lines where every single

process is depending on the

performance of workers is not always

an easy task. In Sinex Solutions we

have spent more than 4 years

perfecting our own in house inspection.

In our production lines each worker is

responsible for checking the previous

workers craftsmanship, and details like

needle holes are thoroughly and

constantly inspected.

We of course also welcome any third

party inspection company to inspect

goods before they leave our factory!
