Commissioning services consist of three phases:

BEE将担当调试部门来检查基础的设计文档，业主项目要求，

起草测试清单，执行相应的现场测试，分析测试结果，修复缺

BEE will act as the commissioning authority to review the basis

of design documentation, owner project's requirement, draft

the testing checklists, execute corresponding onsite tests,

analyze testing results, fix deficiencies and, provide operation

and maintenance training to the facilities team.

BEE has been contracted by Hines for the LEED consultation of an

office and retail tower in downtown Jing An in Shanghai, China. For

this project BEE has been working closely with the design team from

early stage of the project to ensure that project incorporates

sustainable design features to maximize energy and water efficiency

and rigorous guidelines to minimize environmental impact during

construction.

The Hines Jing An tower project is aiming for the highest level of LEED

certification, LEED v.2009 CS Platinum.

High Point University in North Carolina chose to undergo a sustainability retrofit whereby lighting was to be

converted to LED’s. BEE inc. completed an intensive analysis of the three university buildings in order to

optimize the replacement lighting via a sequence of computer simulations that included daylight and

artificial modeling. Our team also managed the sale of the LED’s from the supplier in China.
