I was responsible to find, train and nurture distributors, in cooperation with the distributor leaders of the company. This included the implementation of recruiting and sales procedures, as well as the refinement and update of such processes as well as incentive and compensation models to reward the right kind of behavior. I developed and implemented a number of training modules, relating to the MLM industry, nutritional supplements, compensation plans, as well as personal development. To aid the rapid growth of Synergy in Europe, I also hade the opportunity to find and train corporate personal, such as Sales Managers. My leadership style is energetic and enthusiastic, and has helped me to build and support strong corporate teams. My obligation included the opening and establishment of new markets, including complex countries, with rigorous food laws, like Norway, Denmark and Finland. New market openings also included Poland, Spain and Sweden. As General Manager it also was my duty to develop and implement yearly business plans, which included full onus of creating and following a yearly budget. ■ As Compliance Manager: Developed and managed the implementation of P&P´s, DA's, Claims Policies. Day-to-day compliance matters pertaining to the Scandinavian Distributor force

■ As Compliance Manager: Developed and trained on compliant marketing of Nutrional Supplements.

■ As Legal Counsel: Coordinated and aided in the set up of the a commissionaire structure of the European entity.

■ As Legal Counsel: Coordinated and aided in a process called "Novel Food", to get Morinda's main product approved for sales in the EU
