    Time is the greater preserver & destroyer of all beings &

    things. It does happen good or bad times limit its own creation of sets

    then free to expand.

    transgress time with nothing to destruct was in the past will come in the

    HISTORY

    There is a very interesting history behind

    establishment of HOTEL BHABHA Mr. Paras Mehta

    who is the Manager of the hotel work very hard to reach at the

    current position.

    First they started a Bhabha hall in 1991 and they

    generally give the hall to the people t rent for the purpose if

    marriage or any functions. But then they started as hotel as

    hotel in 1994.

    ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

    Organization Structure is mainly of four kinds. They

    are formed as per requirement of unit. They are as follow.

    (1) Line Organization(2) Staff Organization(3) Line & Staff Organization

    (4) Functional Organization

    HOTEL BHABHA has followed the line structure. In

    this type of structure the authority flows top to bottom and the

    responsibility flows bottom to top. There is only one boss who gave and

    the subordinate follow it. The working of BHABHA is very smoothly

    because of chain of command.

    Taxes, telephone etc at law rate. It is so much far from Rajkot city so they

    can get banking & transportation etc facilities also very easily from city.

    Thus, we conclude that the firm at present

    is at its optimum location.

    Time keeping system

    Time & tide waits for none is the famous saying. Keeping

    this mind a unit has to develop &efficient time keeping system. There are

    various benefits that a firm is able to avoid any because of discipline in

    time management system. To get these benefits that affect the system of

    time keeping like production capacity, demand for material etc. after

    studding al l these factors, time schedules are adjusted.

    Time keeping is important for the businessman & employers.Time keeping is the relevant data mentioned by all manufacturing unit to

    its employee. The system can be used to improve employee relation

    &cost control. It is time check for every workman to know his output.

    Hotel Bhabha is working in everyday, but as per required 2

    shifts sometimes,

    (1) Morning & after noon shift : 7:00 am to 10:00pm

    (2) Night shift : 10:00 pm to 7:00am

    INTRODUCTION

    There is two type of business unit. One is

    concern with produce product &another is concern with proving different

    service. Both of there are earning profit. Through exchange of product

    with price and providing services with price.

    The BHABHA is a hotel, which provides

    different services to the customers through which they are earning profit.

    They take must care of their customer and providing their best services.The motto of BHABHA is earning profit by providing good food and

    services.

    The BHABHAnot only provides good services but also provide good food to

    their customer. They provide dish at a very cheaper rate. The

    credi t of BHABHA is very nice and i t is very famous for

    their good food and services.

    SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS

    The hotel provides various services to customers. They provide

    services from soup to desert they dont make any problem or difficulty to

    their customers. They services provide by them are as follows:

    Table services:-

    They are providing table service to their customer. They are

    providing soup to desert service. When any customer came inrestaurant they give them water. After giving water they give them

    water they give menu and after selecting menu by customer. They

    provide customer selected food. If customer want anything. They

    provide it to them. After that they are giving pure water.

    Careering services:-

    They are providing catering service to customer. They are

    serving to each and every customer from table to table. There is a wellmanner staff that is performing catering service very well. It the

    customer can giving tips to waiter for their catering services.

    Parcel facilities:-

    If any customer want to take food at home. The staff provides

    them parcel facilities. They are packing food and for parcel facilities

    they are not charged money. They provide free parcel facilities.

    Home delivery:-

    They are also providing facilities of home delivery. They are

    packing a food which customer demanded. In nice manner and deliver

    it to given address. For these facilities they are not charged extra

    money.

    Birthday party:-

    If some one wants celebrate birthday in HOTEL BHABHA

    they are providing big hall for party and arrange the event. They

    provided music to the party, and also arrange for cold drink and food

    to the members of party so person can get both entertainment and

    food.

    Marriage party:-

    If some one want to arrange a marriage party. They handle theevent. They provide food & cold drink and also provide music and

    other facilities.

    Dance party :-

    If the festival of Diwali and Christmas. They providing

    hall for dance and for this purpose they can arrange music to celebrate

    festival.

    Meeting &conference Hall :-

    They are providing hall for meeting &conference. If any

    person want to arrange meeting they can allow them and after meeting

    they provide them lunch or dinners.

    By this way, HOTEL BHABHA provides variousservices to their customers. So that more and more people

    TRAINING :-

    Training is the act of increasing the knowledge &

    skill of an employee for doing a particular job; it is a corner stone of

    sound management. It makes the employees & techniques of production

    more effective. Apart form this, it enables employees to develop and

    rise within the organization & increase their market value, earning

    power & security.

    At BHABHA, the employees are given effective

    training when the person joins the organization. Their in-house training

    department constantly trains people using a unique training

    methodology and modern training facilities. They have More than 10dedicated and trained manpower available round the clock.

    DEVELOPMENT:-

    The management is the dynamic life-giving element

    in business. The caliber & performance of manager will largely

    determine the success of a business. Therefore this resort also takes care

    for the development of managers. the resort provides special training to

    SALARY DISTRIBUTION

    In the organization, employees give services with object

    of earning money. Employees are rewarded in the form of salaries for

    their services. Salary is important to attract the employees.

    At BHABHA the salaries of the employees are

    determine on the basis of their performance, experience & qualification.

    The company employs knowledgeable persons of the hotel field and their

    salaries are above Rs.3000 to 20000.

    PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM

    For personnel management a performance appraisal is an

    important tool. Performance appraisal means a persons in the company.

    Once the employee has been selected, trained and motivated,

    he is then appraised for his performance finds out how effective it has

    been at hiring & placing employee. A performance appraisal consists of

    evaluating an employees performance of a job in terms of its

    requirement.

    BHABHA considers its employees as its most valuable

    assts and therefore it believes in perfect and accurate performance

    appraisal system. They believe that employees efficiency, productivity

    individual. Generally promotion covers a change & calls for greater

    It provides motivation to a person.

    At BHABHA the employee is promoted on the basis of his

    performance.

    TRENSFER:

    Transfer is a horizontal movement of company employee formone job, section, and department, present position to another at same or

    another place, where his responsibility & salary is same.

    INTRODUCTION

    Marketing is a comprehensive term. It includes

    primary resources such as human resources, finance and management as

    well as set of activities in order the flow of goods and services from

    producers to consumers in the process and distribution.

    Marketing management represents a goods andfunctional area of business management efforts for the flow of goods and

    services from the products to the consumers. It looks after the marketing

    system of the enterprise. It has to implement marketing strategies,

    programmes and campaigns.

    BHABHA has a well development marketing

    department. The areas in which this department works and performs

    various tasks are advertising, giving attractive offers, find out customers

    needs and wants and thus to satisfy them and lot many others.

    Traditionally a Market was a physical place where

    MARKETING MIX Introduction

    In marketing planning we use marketing information to assess

    the situation. We have to select specific marketing targets in the form of

    market segments. For each segments of subdivision of the market we

    formulate a combination of a number of devices of marketing activities

    that are integrated into a single marketing program. The combination of

    these marketing methods of device is as the Marketing Mix.

    Marketing Mix refers to the amount any kind of marketing

    variables, the firm is using at a particular time. Under marketing mix

    there are four elements that make marketing mix.

    PRODUCT DECISION

    The product is a bundle of all kinds of both materials

    and non- materials kinds. A product supplies two kinds of utility (1)

    Economic utility, (2) Supplementary utility. In the form of social-

    psychological benefits.

    The product may be a good, a service, a good plus

    service, or just an idea. A product is all things offered to a market. Thosethings include physical objects, design, package, label, price, service,

    supportive, literature; amenities and satisfaction not only form physical

    product and service offered but also form ideas, personality and

    organization. In short, a product is the sum total of physical, economic,

    social and psychological benefits.

    PRODUCT MIX & PRODUCT LINE DECISION

    Product Mix refers to different classes of product in

    different product lines. The firm has to see that its product suits the

    particular market it has selected. The product management evolves

    product Mix in consultation with marketing manager. It is the entire

    ranges of product of a company for save. Product Mix need not consist of

    related products. Different types of food range that is Punjabi, Chinese,

    continental, Gujarati and Rajshthani these are the product mix of

    Pricing Policy

    Price defined in two ways first is economist point of

    view. Price means exchange value of product. Second consumers /

    buyers point of view. It is an agreement between seller and buyers

    concerning, what is received.

    Pricing is an important element in the marketing mix.

    The price is only factor that generate revenue other factor are expense.

    Price is only revenue generate element. So profit depends upon the price.

    While deciding the price of product, following factors

    are considered as cost:

    (1) Cost of Raw materials.

    (2) Wages paid.(3) Electricity Expense.(4) Promotion Expense.(5) Number of factor.(6) Estimated cost.(7) Other cost.

    SALES RPOMOTION

    Sales promotion is an important instrument in

    marketing to lubricate the marketing efforts. Today, sales promotion is a

    necessity and not merely a luxury or a fashion.

    Sales promotion is referred to the promotional

    activities other than personal salesmanship, advertise & publicity. Which

    stimulate consumer purchasing and dealer effectiveness? E.g. Displays,

    exhibitions & showrooms, demonstrations, free samples, coupons etc. itis a plus ingredient in the marketing mix. Whereas advertising and

    personal salesmanship are essential and basic ingredients in the

    marketing mix.

    With respect to the sales- promotion there are two

    schemes

    I.e. Dealer incentive scheme and

    Consumer incentive scheme.

    HOTEL BHABHA does not doing direct selling or personal

    selling.

    Credit facilities :- credit facilities is the most effective way

    through which sales can be promotion and rally most of customer are

    interest in credit purchase but BHABHA is not giving credit facilities to

    consumer.

    Dealer commission system: - BHABHA have no dealer

    and they are not produce but giving good service with giving food so

    there is no dealer in this unit.

    Other efforts: - BHABHA is also given certain incentives to

    consumer.

    Advertising is a form of mass communication. Sellers who want

    to communicate about his product or service to his customers pay it for.

    The advertiser of sponsor wants to personal and includes the readers,

    viewers or listeners to take some action.

    Advertising can be defining as mass, paid communication of

    goods, services of idea by an identified sponsor. It is paid communication

    because the advertising appears in the recognized media such as

    newspapers, magazines, film, outdoor hoardings and posters, direct mail

    etc.

    BHABHA gives advertisement in newspapers, outdoor

    hoardings, posters, wall painting, light board etc.

    Advertising budget: - Advertising budget is the advance

    planning of how much funds will be allocated in men, agencies,

    media and other ways. While determining the budget, many factors

    like type of advertising, type of media, competitors advertising plan,season, business cycle etc.

    HOTEL BHABHA is reserve 2 lacks in investment in

    advertising. Budget is prepared and top management makes necessary

    change.

    Publicity : - As we known that good & favorable publicity can

    provide a lot of benefits which is way publicity is also not less

    important.

    Publicity is also could market public relations is not paid by

    the organization. Public relation and publicity taken together becomes

    the fourth major ingredient of promotion mix. These activities are,

    however, not controllable by the firm. Every firm tries to create good

    public relations. So as to give publicity. BHABHA is doing some social

    activities which made better public relations.

    CAPITALISATION

    The term capital plays a very important role in any

    organization because more is the turnover more is the profit. It is

    necessary to know form how much capital they had started the

    business and now where are they. Capitalization is an important

    constitute of financial planning. Capitalization means the total

    accounting value of capital employee in the business for all material

    purpose.

    Capitalization means the total accounting value of the

    capital stocks, surplus in whatever form it may appear and funded

    long- term dept.

    Capitalization can mainly be divided into two parts:

    Over capitalization :-

    A company is said to be over capitalization when its

    earnings are not large to yield a fair return on the amount of its issued

    securities and long term borrowing

    Under-capitalization :-

    A company is said to be under-capitalized when the rateof profit is exceptionally high in relation to the return enjoyed by

    similarly situated companies in the industry or it has too little capital

    to conduct business.

    MANAGEMENT OF FIXED CAPITAL

    Business capital is broadly into two groups: fixed capital and

    working capital. Fixed capital refers to the funds investment in such fixed

    or permanent assets as land. Building, machinery, and etc. fixed assets

    are of long run duration and are not converted into cash within a period

    of one year. The problems of fixed of assets belong to the field of capital

    budgeting.

    MANAGEMENT OF WORKING CAPITAL

    Working capital refers to the funds locked up in materials, work in

    progress, finished goods, receivable and cash , etc. since these assets are

    known as current assets, in very simple terms, working capital may be

    defines as capital invested in current assets.

    According to Hoagland, working capital is descriptive of that

    capital which is not fixed. But the more common use of working capital

    is to consider it as the difference between the book value of the current

    asset and current liabilities.

    Working capital plays an important role in any organization. The

    management of working of capital is done in such a way so that firm does

    not face finance will create disturbance in the working of unit.

    In BHABHA the working capital is RS 20 lakhs. Financial

    manager does the management of working capital. It is major concern to

    the financial manager such as accomplishment of the value of

    maximization goal depends essentially on prudent working decision.
