Dear Mr. Panlilio,
At around 8 :15 a.m. this morning the sheriff went to the
fenced area to serve the writ of
mandatory injunctions to its occupants.Initially, a
representative refused entry to the fenced area and asserted that
the orderwas illegally obtained.
A heated argument was exchanged between the sheriff and
the representative but thelatter gave in and was overpowered by the
police and other security escorts.
After the representative was set aside, the security
assistants removed the barbedwires from the entrance but 2 of the
occupants (security guards) were forcefullyrejecting entry, thus
they were subdued and arrested.The other occupants peacefully
allowed Atty. Ybanez, Atty. Mucho of the ChavezMiranda Law Firm,
the Sheriff ,Col.Pilar and other police and security personnel
to
come in and inspect the area.Belongings and other personal
effects, including firearms were removed from the area.The CCTV’s
that was installed were also removed.

As of date, we have the lawful possession of the fenced
property but the other partyhas been threatening to reoccupy the
area.
Atty. Go and Atty. Fermin will be standing by for
developments and other extra legalmeasures the other party may
employ to regain entry.
Also, the Sheriff reported that the lawyers of the other
party has been threatening herand berates her.Thus, our lawyers are
preparing to file a case (grave coercion) against them.
Tomorrow we will continue cutting the barbed wires, demolish the
concrete pool fenceand finally remove the fence.Our security
personnel approximately 36 are staying and occupying the said
fenced
property.
