    CHNG 1 : TNG QUAN V MNG MNG IN SC V2O5

    1.1.VT LIU IN SC:Hiu ng in sc l hin tng vt l biu hin s bin i thun nghchtnh cht quang ca vt liu d i tcng ca in trng phn cc tng ng pt vo vt liu, khi vt liu nm trong mi tr ng cht in li.Mt biu hin cbn ca hiu ng ny l s thay i mu ca vt liu khi c p t in tr ng.Cc vt liu c tnh in sc nh trn c gi l vt liu in sc. Hin tng in sc c quan st thytrn rt nhiu vt liu khc nhau k cc cht v c cng nh hu c.. Trong , khng nh l cc xit ca kimloi c tnh in sc rt tt. Chng l i tng nghin cu l th ca rt nhiu tp th cc nh khoa hc trn thgii.Vt liu in sc, do c trng c bn l s thay i tnh cht quang n n thng thng vt liu c ch todi dng mng mng. Khi p in trng phncc vo vt liu in sc, ty thuc vt liu c chiu phn ccca in trng m ta c th quan st thy trn vt liu c qu trnh thay i mu sc mt cch r rng .

    Vt liu in sc c th chia lm hai loi:+ Vt liu in sc cathode: l loi vt liu vt liu in cc l m vic phncc m, qu tr nh nhum mu xy ra.Qu trnh ny tng ng vi vickhuch tn ca cc cation t cht in ly v o trong vt liu cng vi vic timin t cn bng in tch. Khi in cc l m vic phn cc dng,qu trnh ty mu xy ra. Qu trnh tngng vi vic cation v in t xm nhp vo vt liu trong qu trnh nhum b y ra khi vt liu.+ Vt liu in sc anode: l loi vt liu m qu trnh nhum mu xy rakhi in cc lm vic c phn ccdng- tng ng vi vic thot ra ca cc cation k m theo cc in t. Qu trnh ty mu xy ra khi i chiuphn cc ca in trn- tng ng vi vic xm nhp ngc li ng thi ca cc cation v cc in t votrong vt liu.

    1.2 MNG IN SC V2O5:1.2.1 Phn loi cc hp cht ca vanadium oxtVanadi oxit c rt nhiu hp cht nh VO, VO2, V2O3,V2O4, V2O5 ngoi ra c n c cng thc tng qut nhsau VnO2n-1, vi n thay i t 3 n 8. C th tng hp cht nh sau :a. Vanai ioxit (A. vanadium dioxide), VO2. Tinh th mu xm nht; khng tan trong nc; tan trong axit vkim to thnh dung dch mu xanh, c tnh kh mnh.b. Vanai trioxit (A. vanadium trioxide), V2O3. Tinh th mu en; t tan trong nc; tan trong kim v halogenaxit; trong khng kh, chuyn dn thnh V2O4. Dng trong luyn thp; iu ch Ag2VO4 lm cht cm mu.

    c. Vanai tetroxit (A. vanadium tetroxide), V2O4. Tinh th mu xanh chm; nhit nng chy 680 0C; tantrong axit v kim; t tan trong nc.d. Vanai pentoxit (A. vanadium pentoxide), V2O5. Tinh th mu vng hay ; tan trong axit c, nng. L tcnhn oxi ho mnh. Dng lm cht xc tc oxi ho SO2 thnh SO3 trong sn xut axit sunfuric; dng trongngnh gm, nhum si, y t, cng nghip thu tinh (ngn tia cc tm) v l phn ng ht nhn1.2.2 Cu trc V2O5:1.2.2.1 Gii thiu chung

    n nay ngi ta bit hn 40 hpcht kim loi chuyn tip v t himc chuyn pha bn dn - kim loi.Trong , ngi ta quan st c tnhcht bin i thun nghch t pha bndn sang pha kim loi ti mt nhit nht nh [2,3]. Theo quy tc pha, shnh thnh xit vanadium l h thngcn bng ca 2 pha rn v 1 pha kh.VOx = VOn-x + nO2 , (1.1)

    Hnh 1.2 bn cnh l gin thcnghim cho thy p sut cn bng caoxy trn 2 pha oxit vanadium khcnhau c v nh l hm theo nhit. nhit v p sut bnh thngtrng thi nhit ng V2O5 bn nht.

    1.2.2.2 Cu trc tinh th ca V2O5M hnh lp th ca nhng ion vanadium trong V2O5 c th xem nh c xy dng t nhng cp hnh chptam gic bin dng ( chiu di nm lin kt V-O t 1,59 - 2,02), t hnh chp t gic khng u VO5 hay hnhtm mt bin dng VO6 ( chiu di lin kt th 6 l 2,79) (hnh 1.3).

    vi nhng nguyn t oxygen, v tr ca chng c t trong tm ca hnh chp vung nm trong mt phng(010). C 3 dng nguyn t oxygen trong cu trc. Nhm nguyn t vanadyl oxy O(1) hng theo trc c c duynht mt lin kt mnh (chiu di lin kt V-O: 1,58Ao), nhm cu ni oxy nm trong mt phng c s , gm :nhm O(2) c 1 lin kt (V-O-V: 1,77 Ao) vi gc V-O(2)-V l 125o, nhm cu ni O(3) thnh lp 3 lin kt, 2di 1,88 Ao v 1 di 2,02 Ao . Do khong cch gia 2 nguyn t O(3)-O(3) rt b nn 2 nguyn t ny ynhau rtmnh, dn n lin kt 2,02 Ao d b gy nht gia nhng lin kt V-O v s tch dc theo mt (100) d nhnra hn mt (001), iu ny c quan st thy trong thc nghim. Vi cu trc nh th c th xem V2O5 lmt chui lin kt cc hnh chp vung, hnh chp ny bao gm 4 lin kt chiu di xp x 2Ao nm trongmt (010) v mt lin kt c chiu di 1,58 Ao (hnh 1.5a).

    1.2.3 Hiu ng in sc ca mng mng V2O5 [3]Chng ta bit rng mt s hp cht v c dng lp mng c th chu s an xen ca cc ion alkali (Li+,Na+,...), cc nguyn t v phn t khc. Chng c cc ng dng nh vt liu lm cathode ca pin lithium v ccdng c in sc, l cc dng c c th thay i truyn quang d i tc dng ca in trng trong dungmi thch hp. Dung dch sau c spin coating ln cc thy tinh o truyn qua (UV -VIS-NIR), v ln ITO kho st tnh cht in sc. Mu c 150 C trong 1 gi. Mng by gi c mu vngcam l mu ca V2O5 a tinh th. Tnh cht in sc c nghin cu bng cch s dng dung dch in phn1 mol/1LiClO4. Mng s i mu vng nht xanh l cy xanh sm khi ion Li+ c tim vo hoc ly ra. hp thu ca cc mng sau khi nhum mu cc mc th khc nhau c o trong dy bc sng UV-VIS, chothy rng hp th quang ph thuc v o s i mu ca mng.Khi ch to vt liu di dng mng mng, d tin hnh theo bt k phng php no th mng sau khi ch tort kh hnh thnh c trt t xa, cc trt t gn c hnh thnh cng vi vic bao xung quanh n l cc saihng v mt cu trc. Cc nghin cu gn y ch ra c s tn ti cc knh khuyt tt tri di trong mng.Cc knh khuyt tt vi kch thc nh ny lm mng V2O5 tr thnh mi trng dn hoc nh x tt cho ccion kch thc nh nh H+,Li+,Na+,... khi chng xm nhp vo mng.

    Tuy nhin, cu trc lp ca tng loi xit li rt kh c nhau, nh cu trc lp V6O13 ng nht hn cu trc lpV2O5. Bi v V6O13 c hnh thnh duy nht t bt din c s VO6 c 6 khong cch V -O trong phm vi0,164 ~ 0,228 . Trong khi , cu trc lp ca V2O5 c hnh thnh t bt din c s VO6 khng bnhthng: 5 khong cch lin kt V-O nm trong khong 0,159 0,202 v khong cch th 6 ln n 0,279 .Trong trng hp ny c th thy nguyn t Vanadi nm gn trong hnh chp y vung, m nh ca n chnhl nguyn t oxy . Gia cc lp VO5 dy khong 0,44 l khong rng c th tch tr mt lng kh lncc ion c kch thc nh, mt khi c in trng phn cc trn mng th cc ion ny rt d dng chuyn ngqua li. Vi kh nng tch thot ion nh vy V2O5 c xem nh l vt liu tr ion trong linh kin hin thin sc (ECD). Cng vi cc cht in li rn cha Li+, lp m ng V2O5 c tc dng nh ngun cung cpion cho qu trnh hot ng ca linh kin ECD. Do hiu sut in sc s c nng cao.Khi t in trng ln mng cc ion A+ kch thc nh nh Li+,Na+, H+ c th xm nhp vo mng tinh thV2O5 trong sut to ra cu trc gi bn AxV2O5, cu trc ny hp th mnh nh sng vng kh kin, khi ichiu phn cc ca in trng cc ion A+ b ht ra v mng li tr v cu trc ban u l V2O5.[3] i vimng mng V2O5 hiu ng in sc c th thc hin bng cch nhng m ng trong dung dch mui lithium.     Ca s thng minh

    Mt th d l s i mu ca thy tinh thng thy cc loi knh rm eo mt. Loi thy tinh ny c gi lthy tinh c s i mu quang hc (photochromism). Khi ch to ng i ta cho vo thy tinh nhng tinh thchloride bc (silver chloride). Tinh th ny c kh nng hp th tia t ngoi (UV: ultraviolet) trong nh sngmt tri lm en knh khi ra nng. Khi vo nh, ngun t ngoi khng cn knh trong sut tr li. S i muca knh rm l mt p dng da trn mt nguyn l n gin v nh vy rt thng dng.Ca s "thng minh" c mc ch l m gim nng lng tiu dng trong nh. Knh ca s c th lm sm li choma h ngn chn nh sng gay gt ca mt tri. Knh s c lm trong li vo ma ng nh sng ltvo tng thm s m p.     1. SiO2-B2O3-M2O

    H thng ny c hnh thnh bi s to thnh mng SiO2 v B2O3. Oxit kim M2O c b sung. S c mt

    ca B2O3 v oxit kim l cn thit, khi to thy tinh oxit SiO 2 c nhit nng chy cao. Vic b sung tng tnh

    kim loi cho cc thy tinh ny. Thy tinh quang hc B17 l mt trong nhng thy tinh tiu biu ca h ny.

    2. SiO2- B2O3-BaO, 3. SiO2 -BaO- M2O

    4. (SiO2, B2O3)- M2O MO

    II. Cc loi thy tinh:a) Thy tinh thn thin vi mi trng

    Thy tinh c cha Pb c bit n trong thi gian di, n c s dng ch yu trong thy tinh quang hc.

    Cng nh cc thnh phn khc, PbO ng mt vai tr quan trng v n lm tng chit sut, gim s Abbe, nh

    hng ng k n tn sc, h s l ng chit bng 0. Ngoi ra cn c oxit ca As, Th, Cd cng l thnh phn

    ca thy tinh. Tuy nhin chng rt c hi n mi trng sinh thi cng nh sc khe ca con ngi. Do vy,

    nm 1980 ngi ta cm hon ton s dng ThO2 v CdO trong vic to mu cho thy tinh quang hc. Cui

    thp nin 80 ngi ta cng bt u gim dn vic s dn g Pb l thnh phn ca thy tinh. Nm 1985 As 2O3cng b cm.

    Hin nay ngi ta dng mt s cht thay th nh TiO2, Nb2O5, ZrO2, WO3. Vic thay th ny lm

    thay i hu ht cc tnh cht vt l v quang hc ca thy tinh, tuy nhin cng c nhng u im l tr v mt

    c) Thy tinh laser

    Thy tinh laser l mt vt liu trng thi rn c kh nng khuch i nh sng bng pht x cm ng.

    Nd (neodymium).

    III.THY TINH CERAMIC (GCs)

    1.Tng quan v thy tinh Ceramic

    Qu trnh sn xut gm thy tinh gm:

    + Ch to thy tinh ph hp bng qu trnh sn xut thy tinh

    + Lm ngui i v kim tra tnh cht ca thy tinh

    + Thc hin qu trnh gm ha th mt phn thy tinh s kt tinh vo to thnh gm thy tinh

    2. Tnh cht ca thy tinh ceramic

    So vi thy tinh thng, thy tinh ceramics thng bn v do hn. n v nhit, ngc li, c th cao

    hoc thp hn thy tinh thng. Thy tinh ceramic thng th hin s tn hao in mi thp hn thy tinh

    thng. Cui cng, tnh bn ha hc ca thy tinh ceramic th ng c tng cng so vi thy tinh.

    a) Tnh cht c nhit

    * n v nhit: h s n v nhit ca thy tinh ceramic nm trong khong -10 n 25x10-6

    0C-1, mt khong kh rng m t vt liu t c. Thc hin kt hp s n v nhit ca tt

    ceramics:

    - bn ca G-Cs c tng cng, gp nhiu hn hai ln bn ca thy tinh

    - bn ca G-Cs khng ch ph thuc vo s lng pha m cn ph thuc vo vi cu trc bn

    trong c bit l gn hoc ti b mt G -Cs

    - Cc tinh th c lng vo nhau hay khng, hay u tin nh hng tinh th hay thm ch c mng

    b li kt hp vi cc pha kt tinh u nh h ng n bn ca G-Cs.

    - cng v gii hn bn ca l c trng thng dng ca tnh fracture (nt gy) ca G-Cs

    - cng c xc nh bng phng php kim cng vi lm

    b) Tnh cht in ng lc

    * Tnh cch in: bn cch in ca thy tinh ceramics ln ca in trng ch

    ph v tnh cch in thng tt hn nhiu ceramics v thy tinh tng ng.

    * Tnh phi tuyn: thy tinh ceramics c pht trin th hin nh mt b chuyn i

    tn s trn, vt liu pht quang, laser hosts...nh v o cc yu t tham gia hot ng trong

    qu trnh quang phi tuyn trong pha tinh th.

    3. Phn loi

    a) Thy tinh ceramics Zerodur

    - Zerodur G-Cs l vt liu v c, khng b xp do Schot ch to bng qu tr nh kt tinh controlled

    volume

    - Zerodur G-Cs cha 1 pha tinh th v cc pha thy tinh cn li a n vt liu c tnh cht khc vi

    thy tinh lc u

    - Tnh cht ca Zerodur G-Cs :

    + Gin n v nhit rt thp: CTE: 0 0,10 x 10-6/K

    + Tnh ng nht ca vt liu cao

    + Hot ng c nhit cao: ln ti 600oC

    + C truyn qua cao trong vng t 400 n 2300 nm

    - ng dng ca Zerodur G-Cs :

    +Trong quang hc: s dng trong cc thit b nh knh thin vn v cc thit b quang cn vt liu

    c h s n v nhit thp.

    + Trong vi quang khc: Zerodur c dng nh mt b phn k thut di ng trong b m v my qut, n

    cng l vt liu nn l tng trong quang phn x trong k thut quang khc EUV.
