CUVNT INTRODUCTIV

Bibliografia istoric a Romniei, prin continuitatea apariei la intervale determinprin datele bogate pe care le consemneaz i prin formula sistematizrii lor, asemenea celalte volume dinainte, nvestete cu valoare deosebit un instrument de lucru indispenspentru oricare cercettor al istorici Romniei i universale. Lucrarea a fost conceput ntrsens larg, urmrindu-se cuprinderea ntregului material bibliografic necesar scrierii istoreferitoare la toate problemele sale, astfel nct adeseori istoria se intersecteaz i cu alte tiumanistice n ideea realizrii unei cercetri pluridisciplinare a procesului istoric din totimpurile.Parcurgnd sumarul se poate constata cu uurin evantaiul foarte larg al direcilor investigare, natura i valoarea materialului cuprins i n acest volum, ceea ce confer rrii un caracter de bibliografie istoric general.Primul capitol consemneaz studiile referitoare la istoriografia naonal i activitaunor istorici romni. Acestuia i succed problemele teoretice i metodologice ale tiinelor socn relae cu istoria, continuate cu capitole de bibliografii, izvoare istorice, tiine auxil iCapitolul cu ponderea cea mai mare, cum este i firesc, cuprinde istoria Romniei din mai vechi timpuri pn n contemporaneitate. i bibliografia volumului prezent se nchcu contribuile istoriografiei romneti la istoria universal, capitol mai redus ca dimsiune i tematic datorit politici i vechiului regim de limitare a contactelor de informare ar i strintate.n urma operaunii de culegere a datelor i de selece a acestora volumul de fa nmeaz un numr de 10584 fie bibliografice, reprezentnd crle, studiile i articolele din retele de speciali tate i cele cu connut tiinfic din revistele de cultur din ar i strinn perioada cuprins ntre septembrie 1984septembrie 1989. nserarea unor studii din preceden acestor limite se explic prin decalajul existent ntre datele calendaristice ale uperiodice i aparia lor real. Aceste limite s-au impus, ca i n cazul volumelor precedede procesul de realizare i imprimare a lucrrii , care trebuie s fie finalizat dinainte de ceperea celui de-al XVII-lea Congres mondial de tiine istorice (Madrid, 20 august2 stembrie 1990 .

Ca manier de lucru reamintim c indexarea titlurilor, cu toate elementele bibliogranecesare a fost realizat direct de pe foile de titlu ale crlor, poligrafiilor i a studiilor reviste, iar clasificarea fielor a avut n vedere ponderea principal a connutului, opunoastr urmrind ideea ca lucrarea s fie ct mai eficient i uor util izabil celor interesArhitectura volumului, compartimentarea i subdivizarea capitolelor a pstrat criteriul nologic i tematic cunoscut, modificarea s-a fcut la periodizarea epocii moderne. Acest voncepe cu revolua popular a lui Horea, Cloca i Crian, iar substanalul capitol al turii, care n volumele precedente era la sfritul problematicii cu privire la istoria Roma fost repartizat la toate epocile istorice mari , respectiv istoria veche, medie, modern i ctemporan, astfel fiecare perioad cuprinde deopotriv rezultatele cercetrii viei spirituparte integrant a civilizaei de pe cuprinsul rii noastre.innd seama c volumul VI I, ca i cele precedente din Bibliografia istoric a Romneste selectiv, colectivul de elaborare a convenit s nu fie cuprinse unele articole lipsite de loare tiinfic sau omagiale referitoare la fotii dictatori.

Dorina i strduina noastr a fost i ie data aceasta de a include n lucrare toate studiimai mari sau mai mici din domeniul istoriei. Lipsurile ce pot s mai existe se datoresc trzierii apariei unor periodice, mai ales locale, incompleta dotare a depozitelor legale de marile biblioteci din Cluj, Bucureti, Iai, Constana pe care noi le-am frecventat sau greoaprelucrare a publicailor n unele biblioteci. Am ncercat s depim aceste obstacole n infomarea complet adresnd tuturor Comitetelor de cultur judeene, institutelor ie specialitate muzeelor de istorie adrese prin care solicitam semnalizarea sau trimiterea spre noi a pubcailor respective, sau ale studiilor aprute n strintate. Mulumim Ulor care au rspusolicitri lor noastre i sperm c la volumul urmtor s fim nelei de toate aceste institupentru a avea certitudinea realizrii unei bibliografii istorice generale ct mai complete.

AVANT-PROPOS

La B i b l i o g r a p h i e h i s t o r i q u e d e l a R o u m a n i e est, par sa parution a des intervalles dtermines, par la richesse des donnees enregistrees et par la maniere de leur presentation, instrument de travail indispensable pour tout chercheur dans le domaine de l'histoire de Roumanie et de l'histoire universelle. Le present volume a ete conqu pour pouvoir comprendl'ensemble du materiei bibliographique necessaire dans la recherche historique, une epoqoii l'histoire entrecroise d' autres sciences humaines en vue de realiser une recherche pluriciplinaire du proeessus historique de tous Ies temps.En passant en revue la table des matieres de ce v olume, on peut constater l'evantail etremement large des directions d'investigation, la nature et la valeur des donnees qui confere

a l'ouvrage un caractere de bibliographie historique generale.Le premier chapitre consigne Ies etudes concernant Vhistoriographie naonale et l 'acvite des historiens roumains. II est s-uivi par Ies problemes theoriques et methodologiques dsciences sociales en leur relation avec l'histoire, de meme que par Ies ehapitres de bibliogphies, sources historiques et sciences auxiliares. Le chapitre le plus important est, naturelment, celui qui porte sur l'histoire de la Roumanie, depuis Ies temps Ies plus recules, jusqnos jours. La derniere prtie de l' ouvrage reflete la contribution de 1'historiographie roumai l'histoire universelle. Cest un chapitre plus restreint cause de la poli tique pratiquee pl'ancien regime de Umitation des contacts avec la science historique internaonale et de redution des possibilites d' information dans le pays et a l' etranger.Le present volume totalise 10584 fiches bibliographiques, representant Ies livres, Ies etudet Ies articles des revues de specialite et ceux ayant un contenu scientifique parus dans

revues de culture dans notre pays et a Vetranger, pendant la periode septembre 1984setembre 1989. L'inclusion des etudes des annees precedant ces limites s'explique par le dcalage existant entre Ies dates inscrites sur diverses publications periodiques et Ies dates reelde parution. Ces limites ont ete imposees, comme pour Ies volumes anterieurs, par le proeessde realisation et d'impression de l'ouvrage qui doit ttre finalise avant le XVIIe CongrMondial des Sciences Historiques (Madrid, 20 aotit2 septembre 1990).Pour ce qui est la maniere de travail, l'indexation des titres des livres, des polygraphet des revues, et la classification des fiches ont ete faites selon le poids du contenu, afin ql'ouvrage soit utile et facile a consulter.L'architecture du volume, l-es compartiments et la sous-division des ehapitres ont garle critbre chronologique et thematique deja connu. I I y a pourtant une modification dans periodisation de l'epoque modeme qui, dans ce volume, commence par la Revolution populai

de Horea, Cloca et Crian. De plus, le chapitre substantiel de la culture qui, dans Ies volumprecedents, se trouvait la fin de la problematique concernant l'histoire de la Roumanie, ete partage chronologiquement et distribue a toutes Ies grandes epoques historiques ancienmoyenne, moderne et contemporaine de sorte que chaque periode contient aussi Ies rdsultade la recherche de la vie spirituelle, qui est une prtie integrante de la civilisation sur le tertorire de notre pays.Compte tenu du fait que ce volume de la Bibliographie historique de la Roumanie, d'ailleucomme Ies autres qui l'ont precede, est selectif, Ies auteurs sont tombes d'accord de ne pas inclure de5 articles depourvus de valeur scientifique,

Notre but et ttos efforts se sont dir igds, cette fois aussi, vers l'inclusion dans cet ouvrde toutes Ies etudes, plus ou moins etendues, du domatne de l'histoire. Les possibles omisssont dues au retard enregistre dans la parution de certains periodiques, surtout locaux, lacunes des depots des grandes bibliotMques d e Cluj, Bucarest, J assy et Constantza, que navons consuitees, et au decalage entre la date de la parution des revues et leur traitement dles bibliotheques. Nous avons essaye de combler ces carences d'information en demandant tous lei comites de culture departementaux, aux instituts de special ite et aux musees d' toire de nous faire savoir les titres des ouvrages publies par leur collaborateurs, sous leur sou a l'etranger. Nous remercions tous ceux qui ont repondu a nos soll icitations et nous perons dans une meilleure collaboration l'avenir.
