For Biomass Fuel Pelleting: on basis of absorbed advanced technology for biomass pelleting from abroad, we are leading

company to develop independently turn-key equipment for biomass pelleting for agricultural crops in China. Meanwhile it can

be pelleted for waste of forestry, too. We can customize and design turn-key project for all kinds of materials for customers

For Bio Fertilizer, Organic Fertilizer: We have dedicated for R&D of organic compound fertilizer for many years and we can

江苏良友可再生能源机械工程有限公司是在依托“浙江大学--良友可再生能源机械工程研究所”，

“江苏大学--良友生物质能源机械工程技术中心”的基础上成立的，专业从事生物质颗粒燃料成型设备和

生物有机肥设备及其成套生产线的设计、制造、安装、销售与服务于一体的新型企业。

生物质颗粒燃料成型设备方面：公司在消化引进国外成熟的生物质固化成型技术基础上，自主研发创新，

在国内率先研制以各种农作物为主要原料的生物质颗粒成型成套设备。同时，各种林业废弃物均可固化成型

为颗粒燃料。公司可根据国内外客户的不同要求、不同原料、不同场地，因地制宜地帮助客户设计各种物料

的生物质固化成型成套生产设备。

生物肥、有机肥加工成套设备方面：公司从事有机复合肥生产成套设备的研制已有多年的历史，可承接

LYGX系列鼓式削片机 LYGX Series Drum Chipper

本系列盘式削片机结构紧凑合理、操作维修方便、生产能力大、木片合格率高、单位木片产量能耗低，是生

产优质木片的理想设备。为了满足用户对木片长度的不同需求，木片长度可在一定范围内调节。进料有水平和倾

斜两种形式，出料也有上出料和下出料两种方式可供用户选择。刀盘采用镀硬铬耐磨板结构，大大延长了使用寿

命。

This series disc chipper with compact and reasonable structure, convenient operation and maintenance, large

production capacity, high rate of qualified wood chips, low energy consumption, is the ideal equipment for producing

high-quality wood chip. In order to meet the different needs of users for the length of wood chip, chip length can be

adjusted in a certain range. The feed has two forms which are horizontal or inclined, it has two discharging ways

which is upper discharging and bottom discharging for the users to choose. cutter adopts wear-resisting chromium

plate structure, greatly prolongs the service life.

我公司生产的系列鼓式削片机是切削优质木片的专用设备。

切片的原料主要为原木、竹子、枝丫材、板材、木材加工剩余物

等。用户可根据自身需要合理选型。也可用于造纸厂、人造板、

刨花板厂、纤维板厂和木片生产基地、木片出口基地。

该系列鼓式削片机由机座、刀辊、上下喂料辊、液压

系统、电控等部分组成。机座采用高强度钢板焊接而成，

整体去应力处理，提高机座强度和使用寿命。喂料辊采用

分体式结构，便于更换。

This series of drum chipper is made up of seat, knife rotor,

upper and bottom feeding roller, hydraulic pressure system,

and control system. The seat adopts high strength steel

plate welding and overall stress elimination treatment which

improves strength and service life. The feeding rollers adopt

the separated structure for replacement purpose.

主传动采用高精度齿轮转动，环模采用快卸式包箍型，效率比皮带传动型提高20%左右；

整机传动部分选用高品质进口轴承和油封，确保传动高效、稳定、噪声低；

国际先进水平的补偿型蛇形弹簧联轴器，具有结构新颖、紧凑、安全、低故障等性能；

production workshop, our auto drilling is leading technology in China, self- manufactured ring

dies are with distinctive material, fine processing and heat treatment, hole drilling technology

can reach gun drilling effect, good production performance and high capacity.

Main driving adopt high precision of gear driving, ring die adopt quick dismantling clamp, the efficiency improve approx.. 20% more compared with belt driving. 原木经上料机进入剥皮机进料槽，剥皮

后的圆木经出料机输送至辊台运输机，再经

皮带输送机输送至堆场。

Log goes into debarker’s feeding chute via feeding machine, after debarking; log will be conveyed to roller conveyor via discharging machine, finally transferred by belt conveyor to stock yard.

木片经提升除铁后进入待粉碎仓，

均匀喂料进入粉碎机粉碎，粉碎后的木

屑经风力输送、螺旋输送等进入仓库或

下到工序。

Wood chips go into pre-grinding bins after elevating and de-ironing, then fed into hammer mill uniformly, the sawdust after grinding goes into warehouse or next process via wind force conveying, screwing conveying.

粉碎后的木屑经螺旋输送提升至烘

干机，干燥处理后的木屑经风力输送、

螺旋输送至下一工段。

The sawdust after grinding will be transferred into dryer via screw conveyor and elevator, the sawdust after drying will goes into next process via wind force conveying, screwing conveying.

木屑经提升、水平输送分配进入各

待制粒仓，经制粒后的颗粒由大倾角皮

带输送机进入冷却器、振动筛。筛分后

的成品经提升机进入成品仓吨袋自动称

重、自动包装，直接输送至仓库。

The sawdust goes into pre-pellet bins via elevator and conveyor, the wood pellet will goes into cooler and sifter via inclined belt conveyor, the finished products after sifting will go into finished products bin for jumbo bag auto weighing, packing and finally transferred into warehouse directly.

根据复合肥粘性较大的特点，改善绞龙送料方式，确

保物料能均匀入压制室；

根据复合肥难挤压成形特点，改进环模压缩比，提高

产量和成形率；

压制室内主轴上部增加均料板，改善复合肥流动性较

差特点，出料更均匀；

喂料器、调质器、斜槽采用不锈钢制作，经久耐用；

主传动部分采用进口轴承、油封，运转更平稳。

As per characteristic of sticky compound fertilizer, we

improved the scew feeding way to ensure the even

feeding into pressing room.

As per the characteristic of difficult pelleting, we

improve ring die compression ratio and improve the

production and formation ratio.

Add the plate for material in even on main shaft of pelleting room, improve the compound fertilizer's flow and

more uniform of discharging.

The feeder, conditioner and inclined chute use stainless steel and has long service time.

Main driving parts adpot imported bearing, seal, it makes machin more stable.

把需发酵原料输送到混合机，混合

均匀后输送到发酵池内发酵，通过翻抛

机翻抛充分进行有氧发酵。Convey the raw material which needs fermentation into mixer, after uniformly mixed, transfer into fermentation pool, fully fermented by composite turning machine.

发酵后的产品输送至粉碎机初粉

碎，粉碎后的物料经滚筒筛清理，成品

经输送进入烘干机，干燥完成后输送至

原料库。After fermenting, product will be conveyed into hammer mill for initial grinding, then goes into rotary drum cleaner after grinding, finished products will be conveyed into dryer, after drying, products will be transferred into raw material warehouse.

把不同的需粉碎的原料投入投料

口，经提升输送、除杂、除铁进入待粉

碎仓。将仓内原料均匀喂料进入粉碎

机，经粉碎后提升输送进入待配料仓。Pouring varied raw materials which need to be ground into dumping intake, via elevating, impurities removing, de-ironing, then goes into grinding bins, and uniformly feeding into hammer mill, finally conveyed into batching

bins after grinding.

却，冷却后的颗粒经提升至分级筛进行

筛理，合格的成品进入成品仓，经自动

称重、包装、输送运至仓库。回收的粉

料重新制粒。The material in pelleting bins will be uniformly fed into pellet mill continuously, the pellet will be cooled after pelleting, then goes into sifter for screening, the qualified products go into finished products for further weighing, packing and conveying head for warehouse. Recycle

此干燥机适用于苜蓿，稻草，木屑，刨花，

木薯渣，甜瓜籽，甘蔗渣，山楂，油菜饼等原

料的烘干，此烘干机可以烘干水分在50%~70%的

原料，使水分含量达到12~15%，热效率能达到

80%，是同类产品中热效率最高的。

This dryer applies to dry raw materials of alfalfa,

straw, sawdust, wood shavings, manioc waste,

melon seed, bagasse, hawthorn, rapeseed cake

etc., this dryer can dry the material with the

moisture of 50-70%, and reduce the moisture to

12-15%. its thermal efficiency can reach as high

as 80% which is highest compared with other

similar products.

烘干是制粒前重要的工段，为了能得到高密度品质

优等的生物质颗粒,需将物料的水分控制在10~15%，选

择烘干机的型号取决于物料的原始水分含量，气流烘干

机适合烘干水分在20%~50%的物料，烘干之后的水分达到

8%~12%，热风的温度在 180~250 °, 此烘干机一般适用

于3~5mm的粉料烘干，特点是操作简单，效率高，容易控

制物料的烘干程度。

Three moving modes i.e. circumferential, elliptical and rectilinear are combined, resulting in good screening effect.

Belt is adopted for driving the screener hull. The bias weights are balanced and low noise. The support at the tail of

screener hull is an improved elastic support with less vibration.

The strengthened base ensures that equipment will run more smoothly. And the hanging structure can be used

according to the actual site conditions so as to meet customers’ requirement of retrofit.

The improved steel cable structure avoids the wearing of steel cable.

The adoption of one body or combined screener cover structure guarantees lower screener covers weight, stronger

rigidity and better sealing.

Since 2003, our company professionally engaged in

designing, installation, and service of feed machinery,

fertilizer machinery, biomass machinery and as well as

turnkey project solution. In 2008, Jiangsu Liangyou self-

developed and designed saw dust pellet mill, straw pellet

mill, fertilizer pellet mill and established our own biomass

pelleting testing production line, we provide biomass pelleting

turnkey project sales and installation service with domestic

and overseas clients. In 2009, Jiangsu Liangyou took the

lead to design and manufacture 30TPH pulverized coal

pellet production line and export to South Africa to solve the

pulverized coal pelleting difficulty. In 2010, Jiangsu Liangyou

continuously export 5TPH, 8TPH, 10TPH biomass fertilizer

production line turnkey project to South Korea.

In Recent years, It is rapid development period for
