• Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.

Supratentorial 

• Large hypodense collection is seen along inner table of skull in right fronto-parietal

region .The maximum thickness measures 2 mm .

• !d"acent Cortical sulci are effaced.

• #asal cisterns are effaced.

• Third and $ight lateral ventricles are compressed.

• %idline shift to left is seen.
