• #he payment shall 'e su'2ect to successful completion of each stage andapproval of progress of ,or4 'y <C+.

• #he LMP consultant ,ho shall do the consultancy and receive the fundsfrom government through SPE has to produce 'an4 statement and proofof receipt of stage 1 payment. 6lso the 'an4 account details ofcluster=SPE has to 'e sent to *ovt. after each stage.
