    DELTACURE PBPolymer Emulsion Liquid Membrane Concrete Curing Compound

    DESCRIPTIONDeltacure PBis a polymer emulsion liquid membrane curing compound, milky white in colour and cures

    to a clear film.

    USESProvides a film or high water retention enabling curing of the concrete by reducing loss of water form the

    concrete.

    ADVANTAGES

    Reduces surface shrinkage and cracking by eliminating moisture loss from exposed surfaces

    Enables cement to hydrate more efficiently

    Easy application reduces labour costs

    Save times-can apply as soon as possible after placing concrete

    Eliminates need for damp hessian, sand or polyethylene

    Fast forming film dries within 60-120 minutes depending on ambient temperatures and site conditions

    Forms a non-staining continuous clear film on clean stain free concrete or render surfaces and easily

    applied and free from discolouration

    Non-flammable and non-toxic under normal usage aand is supplied ready for immediate use

    Can be overcoated with specific after-trade, e.g rendering, painting, etc.

    APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

    Application

    Stir contents thoroughly before using. Spray Deltacure PB evenly as possible over the freshly laid

    concrete as soon as possible after final trowelling when the surface water has freshly laid concrete as soon

    as possible after final trowelling when he surface water has disapeared (approx. 1-2 hours depending on

    ambient temperature and atmospheric conditions). If spray equipment is not available, apply with a soft

    brush as soon as the concrete surface is hard enough.

    Apply to vertical surface immediately after the formwork has been removed. Apply at even coverage rateof not greater than 6 sq, mtr per litre.

    Ensure the concrete surface is completely free of stains, oils, form coating, etc to obtain good adhesion of

    Deltacure PB and of any other trades, and to avoid obtaining discolouration or uneven surface effects.

    Cleaning

    Immediately after use, the spraying equipment should be cleaned out, especially the line and nozzle, with

    water.

    HEALTH AND SAFETY

    If contact with the resin occurs, the skin should be washed with soap and water non solvent. Aresin removing cream should preferably used. Goggles should be worn when spraying with a

    shout lance. Any eye contamination should be washed with plenty of water and medical treatment

    sought. When used in enclosed areas, goog ventilation must be provided.

    FIREDeltacure PB is non-flammable.
