    n perioada 5-8 februarie curent, dl Eugen Stacov, Director General AGEPI, a participat laSesiunea a 2-a a Comitetului Permanent pentru

    Cooperarea n scopul Dezvoltrii Proprietii

    Intelectuale, care s-a desfurat la Geneva, Elveia.

    Discuiile sesiunii s-au axat pe urmtoarele subiecte:

    performanele i remanierile Academiei OMPI,

    comerul electronic, proprietatea intelectual i

    realizrile recente n domeniul tehnologiilor

    informaionale n rile n curs de dezvoltare.

    D l Eugen Stacov, Director General AGEPI, a participat la Forumul OMPI privindproprietatea intelectual i ntreprinderile mici i

    mijlocii, care a avut loc la Milano, Italia.

    La aceast ntrunire au fost abordate urmtoarele

    probleme: promovarea potenialului creativ i

    inovator, rolul Sistemului de la Madrid i Sistemului

    de la Haga, corelaia dintre ntreprinderile mici i

    dreptul de autor, ntreprinderile n era digital,

    utilizarea sistemului de proprietate intelectual n

    vederea sporirii eficienei i competitivitii

    ntreprinderilor mici i mijlocii.

    L a Expoziia Trg Regional Specializat INFOINVENT BLI 2001, care s-a desfuratla 16-17 februarie curent, au participat circa 30 de

    ntreprinderi, instituii tiinifice i 7 persoane fizice

    din judeele: Bli, Edine, Orhei, Chiinu, Soroca.

    Juriul oficial al expoziiei a acordat diverse diplome

    i premii.

    Pentru implementare eficient a obiectelor

    proprietii intelectuale, Institutul de Cercetri

    tiinifice pentru Porumb i Sorg din com. Pacani i

    ntreprinderea Tehnico-tiinific OENOLAB din

    mun. Chiinu au fost distinse cu Trofeul OMPI

    ntreprindere Inovatoare.

    Au fost decernate Diplome de gradul I titularilor

    Incomlac S.A., Universitatea de Stat

    Alecu Russo din Bli, Basarabia Nord S.A.,

    Bujoreanu N., Toma S., Tudorache Gh.,

    Prisacari V., Vlad P., Ababii I., Gagauz A.,

    Milgrom M. etc.

    P e parcursul lunii februarie la Consiliul metodic al AGEPI au fost abordate diverse subiectede importan major pentru activitatea

    Ageniei la nivel republican i internaional. S-a

    examinat planul de lucru al Consiliului metodic pe

    anul curent i au fost analizate prevederile

    Regulamentului cu privire la pagina

    Internet a AGEPI i ale Regulamentului privind

    accesul la informaie. A fost studiat Proiectul de

    hotrre al Guvernului RM Privind taxele n

    domeniul proteciei proprietii industriale. S-a

    discutat programul activitilor consacrate Zilei

    mondiale a proprietii intelectuale. De asemenea,

    au fost analizate notele informative privind Sesiunea

    a IV-a a Grupului de lucru pentru revizuirea CIB,

    sesiunile UPOV din 23-26 octombrie 2000 i

    circularele OMPI viznd elaborarea propunerilor

    privind modificrile Clasificrilor de la Nisa i de la

    Viena i privind identificarea unic a documentelor

    de brevet.

    P roprietatea industrial nu are limite! Recent la AGEPI a fost depusa 10.000 cerere de nregistrare a mrcii.

    P rotecia juridic a inveniilor n Republica Moldova se asigur n temeiul Legii privind brevetele de invenie nr. 461-XIII din 18 mai 1995, modificat i completat prin Legea nr. 1079-XIV nvigoare din 14 decembrie 2000.

    n conformitate cu aceast lege, brevetele de invenie sunt eliberate de AGEPI i certific prioritatea,calitatea de autor i dreptul exclusiv al titularilor de brevete asupra inveniilor. O invenie este brevetabil,dac este nou, rezult dintr-o activitate inventiv i este susceptibil de aplicare industrial.

    Cererea de brevet se depune la AGEPI de ctre orice persoan care dispune de dreptul de a solicitabrevet, personal sau prin reprezentant n proprietate industrial, i trebuie s includ documenteleprevzute n art. 10 (2), (3) din Lege.

    n BOPI se public date privind cererile de brevet depuse, brevetele de invenie acordate i breveteleeliberate conform procedurii naionale.

    T he legal protection of inventions in the Republic of Moldova is afforded on the basis of the Law on Patents for Inventions No 461-XIII of May 18, 1995, amended and completed by the Law No1079-XIV, in force as from December 14, 2000.

    In accordance with this Law, the patents on inventions are granted by the AGEPI and attest to thepriority date, authorship and exclusive right of patent owners in the invention. An invention may bepatented if it is new, if it involves an inventive step and if it is susceptible of industrial application.

    The patent application shall be filed with the Agency directly or through a professional representative,by any person to whom the right in the patent belongs and shall contain the documents provided inArt. 10 (2), (3) of the Law.

    The Agency is publishing notices concerning the filed patent applications, inventions according towhich there are granted and issued patents in accordance with the national procedure.

    (54) Process for preparation of the hyaluronicacid

    (57) The invention refers to a process for prepara-

    tion of the biocompatible hyaluronic acid for

    medical use.

    Summary of the invention consists in obtaining

    the hyaluronic acid of human umbilical cord and

    purification thereof from non-protein impurities

    up to the stage of hyaluronic acid extraction. It

    is realised prepurification from the non-protein

    impurities by a method of integral umbilical cords

    dialysis into the 96% ethanol and -15-20C

    and thereafter into the physiological solution at

    4C, 24 hours each stage, after what the dialy-

    sis is repeated in the same conditions using the

    crushed umbilical cords of 24 mm up to ob-

    taining the transparent solutions.

    The result consists in improving the final prod-

    uct quality, simplifying the process for prepara-

    tion of the biocompatible hyaluronic acid for

    external or parenteral use.

    version of the wind power into the mechanicalone, which may be used for electric power pro-duction.The rotor-type windmill is formed of sections,contains a vertical or horizontal shaft, archedor flat blades. The blades, made in the form ofa rectangular frame, are fixed to the shaft bymeans of cantilevers or without them. The rect-angular frame of the blade is formed of horizon-tal straight or arched cross-pieces and straightor arched vertical racks. On each vertical rackor horizontal cross-piece there are articulatedflexible sails. Novelty of the invention consistsin, that in different levels of the vertical or hori-zontal shaft length there are fixed as a cantile-ver or without them two arched or flat bladeswith a radial angle between them of 180. Thesections are placed densely on the shaft. Thesection blades dont coincide in the horizontalor vertical plane.
