• OBIETTIVI •

• ESERCITAZIONI PRATICHE IN DL & VLApprendere le tecniche e provarle prima su manichini modificati per avere un Cormack 3 e 4, epiglottidi a Omega. Dopo l’apprendimento su manichini si passerà all’approccio con il preparato.

• ESERCITAZIONE PRATICA NEL PAZIENTE CICOLaLa cricotiroidotomia in emergenza. Lunga sessione pratica su preparati animali per esercitarsi su questa procedura salvavita per il paziente non intubabile e non ventilabile. Si apprenderanno differenti tecniche, dalla Scalpel, Finger & Bougie fino all’utilizzo dei diversi devices. Successivamente all’apprendimento delle differenti tecniche, si avrà la possibilità di eseguire la procedura su cadavere.

• ESERCITAZIONE PRATICA IN SALAD TECHNIQUESiamoSiamo orgogliosi di essere stati i primi nel nostro paese a poter simulare (con dei manichini modificati in maniera sofisticata) uno degli eventi più disastrosi e sicuramente più impegnativi della gestione delle vie aeree, il vomito (ma anche sangue o altri materiali estranei liquidi). La mancata protezione delle vie respiratorie di un paziente da tale evento, può infatti, risultare una grave minaccia per la vita a causa dell’ipossia e dell’instabilità emodinamica che si viene a creare nel giro di pochissimi minuti. Il nostro GOAL nella gestione delle vie aeree, quindi non deve essere più solamente saper posizionare un tubo endotracheale o un dispositivodispositivo sopraglottico, ma deve essere anche e soprattutto, riuscire a DECONTAMINARE e mantenere pulite le vie aeree per evitare danni spesso irreversibili.

• SALAD (Suction Assisted Laryngoscopy Airway Decontamination)E’ un termine coniato dal prof. J. DuCanto & Friends che descrive una tecnica di DECONTAMINAZIONE CODIFICATA, per prevenire l’aspirazione durante la gestione delle vie aeree in emergenza, e quindi prevenire danni spesso anche letali. La mancata rimozione delle secrezioni, sangue, vomito e altri corpi estranei dalle vie aeree del paziente può portare a conseguenze catastrofiche sia immediate che a lungo termine.

• ESERCITAZIONI NEL TRAUMA TORACICODalla decompressione del PNX con ago, all’utilizzo di tutti i DEVICES disponibili.La toracotomia in emergenza, CRACK THE CEST. L’approccio al paziente in ACC da trauma toracico. REBOA - Resuscitative Endovascular Ballon Occlusion of the Aorta.

CorsoCorso teorico pratico sull’apprendimento delle procedure su testa e torace in Emergenza Medica. Il corso nasce dall’obiettivo primario di diffondere un nuovo modello formativo nel nostro paese, fatto soprattutto di esercitazione pratica su procedure rare e difficili. L’anatomia del preparato, infatti, permette il perfetto apprendimento di queste abilità tecniche. Inoltre, vista la complessità dell’approccio al preparato, e avendo come primario obiettivo quello di acquisire il massimo da questo corso,corso, proponiamo due intense giornate con esercitazioni oltre che sul cadavere, anche su manichini ‘SALAD’ modificati e su preparati biologici.
