THE MURRAY HOTEL REFURBISHMENT

Located at the West end of Murray Street

in West Perth, the Murray Hotel is a

affordable place for backpackers and

other visitors to the city.

The present hotel has 30 rooms, a small

dining/tea room, reception and kitchen

The proposed concept extends the room

number to 110, and adds a fully licensed

restaurant, pool, landscaping, disabled

facilities, and increases the lobby and

reception area.

WAGARI DRIVE MULTIPLE DWELLINGS

Preferred Landcorp concept design for affordable multiple dwellings for Lot 403 Wagari Drive in

Bayton West Karratha. The design included three themes: indigenous, earth and linear, and consist

of 6 blocks, 2 for each theme with 3 storeys plus columnade with 12 apartments each .

PERENTIE ROAD GROUPED DWELLINGS

In 2010, Landcorp invited architects and

builder to send concept designs for a

grouped dwelling development at Lot 309

Perentie Road in Bayton West, Karratha. The

following was their preferred choice.

The concept includes different unit types,

single and two storey, landscaping and so

on.

MANTRA HOTEL IN SOUTH HEDLANDConcept for a 180 rooms 4 stars hotel for Mantra in South Hedland using pods for the apartments.

The design includes a restaurant, gym, pools, shops, conference rooms, etc.

ESPLANADE HOTEL PORT HEDLAND LANDSCAPINGTwo landscape concepts for the Esplanade Hotel in Port Hedland. The first concept on this page

includes a small pond, and the second on the following the pond was replace by a small square.

REFURBISHMENT OF HARRIS & SINFIELD RESIDENCE

The old federation style house was two small for the needs of the Harris / Sinfield family, so an extra

Master Bedroom was added with Walk in Robe and Ensuite, the existing Bathroom upgraded, the

basement changed into Living and Dining with a new Kitchen and attic used for two extra bedrooms.

Also a new Garage and Carport and room for a future pool.
