Cara Membuat Menu Navigasi Antar Sheet di Excel

dengan memodifikasi ribbon Excel, kali kita akan mempelajari hal yang hampir sama yakni

membuat link antar sheet tapi bukan dengan memodifikasi ribbon, melainkan memanfaatkan

menu Hyperlinkpada Excel.

Mengutip dari situs id.wikipedia.org: Hyperlink adalah sebuah acuan dalam dokumen hiperteks

ke dokumen yang lain atau sumber lain. Hyperlink pada Microsoft Excel biasanya digunakan untukmenautkan antar sheet ataupun teks yang ada pada sheet tersebut. Misal digunakan untuk

membuat Menu Utama pada pembuatan Raport, Buku Induk dan lain sebagainya. Untuk itu pada

kesempatan kali ini kita akan mempelajari penerapan hyperlink pada beberapa hal, yaitu:

1. Membuat Link Antar Sheet di Excel

2. Membuat Link pada Sheet yang sama pada Excel

3. Membuat Link untuk membuka Folder / File Lain dengan Excel

Membuat Link Antar Sheet di Excel

Untuk membuat link antar sheet di Excel caranya adalah sebagai berikut:1. Buat sebuah Shape atau gambar, atau teks biasa juga bisa.

2. Klik kanan pada Shape tersebut dan pilih menu Hyperlink.

3. Selanjutnya akan tampil jendela Insert Hyperlink

4. Pada Link to:pilih Place in This Document, pada Cell Reference pilih Nama Sheet yang

ingin ditautkan misal Sheet2 atau bisa juga menautkan Defined Names dengan memilih

Defined Names.

5. Pada Type the cell refererence: ketikkan cell yang ingin ditautkan misal A1.

6. Selanjutnya klik OK, dan coba klik pada Shape yang tadi dibuat maka cell aktif akan

berpindah menuju ke Sheet2 cell A1.

Membuat Link pada Sheet yang sama pada Excel

Terkadang dalam membuat data dengan Microsoft Excel kita menggunakan banyak baris karenabanyaknya data yang di entri, Untuk itu kita bisa membuat link pada Sheet yang bisa digunakan

untuk memudahkan berpindah ke baris tertentu dengan cepat misal pada baris ke 1000. Untuk itu

kita bisa memanfaatkan fungsi hyperlink Excel untuk membuat link pada sheet yang sama,

caranya hampir sama dengan membuat link antar Sheet Excel, hanya saja pada Pilihan Cell

Referencepilih nama sheet yang terdapat tombol Shapenya tadi, misal Sheet1 dan pada Type

the cell refererence:ketikkan cell yang ingin ditautkan misal A1000. kemudian klik OK, dan coba

klik pada Shape yang tadi dibuat maka cell aktif akan berpindah menuju ke Sheet1 cell A1000.

Membuat Link untuk membuka Folder / File Lain dengan

ExcelUntuk membuat link yang berfungsi membuka folder/file lain dengan Excel caranya adalah:

1. Klik kanan pada Shape telah dibuat dan pilih menu Hyperlink.

2. Pada jendela Insert Hyperlink, pada pilihan Link to:pilih Existing File or Web Page dan

pilih Current Folder, selanjutnya pada Address: masukkan alamat folder yang ingin

ditautkan, atau bisa di isi nama file yang ingin ditautkan misal file PDF, Word dan lain-lain,

atau bisa juga alamat situs misal www.rumusexcel.com.

3. Selanjutnya klik OKuntuk menyimpan.

Kita juga bisa menambah Screen Tipyang berfungsi untuk menampilkan Screen Tip ketika cursor

didekatkan pada Shape yang kita buat tadi, caranya pada jendela Insert Hyperlink pilih Screen Tip

dan ketikkan screen yang ingin ditampilkan misal Buka Sheet 2.

Kalau jumlah sheet banyak sekali ( lebih dari 10) tentunya akan kerepotan mencari sheet menutsb. Apakah bisa menu navigasi tsb ditampilkan dengan shortcut sehingga dapat tampil di sheetmanapun yang sedang kita buka. Mohon petunjuknya. Terima kasih

Kalau pakai cara manual bisa memasang tombol hyperlink di semua sheet, tapi kalau inginlebih simple bisa memanfaat custom ribbon atau memodifikasi ribbon Excelnya
