She shows a positive attitude to the work, and challenges herself in order to increase her professional competences. In the competitions Carmen worked hard to make the best outcome of the projects. She has been a crucial part of the teams she has participated in, and she has fulfilled her responsibilities to the fullest. During her stay Carmen has been working on improving her English as well.
