KNOB DIMMER AM/A5702 - AM/A5706
Knob dimmers allow for resistive load adjustment. They can be supplied withor without a built-in two-way switch.Device AM5702 must be protected with a fuse type T2.5H 250V, therebymaking it possible to adjust the load from one point and switching on andoff from different points through two-way switches or external switches.Instead, device AM5706 makes it possible to adjust the load and to switch iton and off through the built-in two-way switch; it can therefore be replacedwith a normal switch or two-way switch without modifying the system. Ithas been designed with a new technology which does not require the useof the filter coil, thereby making it absolutely noiseless but, at the sametime, in compliance with the standards on the emission of electromagneticdisturbances.
PUSHBUTTON DIMMER AND PUSH-PUSH AM/A5703 - AM5704
Technical features
- power supply: 230V a.c. AM/A5702=50Hz and 60Hz AM/A5706=50Hz- type of load: resistive (incandescent lamps only)- power: (see dimmer page on catalogue section)
Wiring diagram – device AM5702
Control from 1 point Control from 2 points
These dimmers can control resistive loads and ferromagnetic transformers
(power between 60VA and 500VA) from one or more points. They are designed with a new technology which ensures compliance withthe standards on the emission of electromagnetic disturbances without theuse of filter coils. This feature allows the devices to be totally noiseless. Thequick pressure of the knob, or one of the pushbuttons connected externally, activates the load and sets it according to the level of the last adjustmentthat was made; a second quick pressure deactivates it. When switchingon, the devices enable the load in order to gradually reach the set level ofbrightness to avoid dazzling phenomena (soft-start); switching off also occursgradually (soft-stop).
An inbuilt fuse type T2.5H250V selfprotects dimmers against short circuits.Using dimmers powered by uninterrupted power supplies or by a generatorset may cause malfunction.
Installation notesFor proper operation of all dimmers, follow the instructions below duringinstallation:- do not use two or more dimmers together in the same box- do not install in boxes where there are thermostats

DIMMER FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSFORMERS AM5707
This dimmer can control electronic transformers for powering up low voltagequartz-iodine lamps (with power between 60VA e 250VA). It is designedwith a new technology which ensures compliance with the standards on theemission of electromagnetic disturbances without the use of filter coils. Thisfeature allows the device to be totally noiseless. The quick pressure of thelocal pushbutton, or one of the pushbuttons that can be connected externally, activates the load and sets it according to the level of the last adjustmentthat was made; a second quick pressure deactivates it. An extended pressureof the pushbutton makes it possible to adjust the min-max / max-min load. When switching on, the device enables the load to gradually reach theset level of brightness in order to avoid dazzling phenomena (soft-start);switching off also occurs gradually (soft-stop).
An inbuilt fuse type T2.6H250V selfprotects dimmers against short circuits.Using a dimmer powered by uninterrupted power supplies or by a generatorset may cause malfunction.
Installation notesFor proper operation of all dimmers, follow the instructions below duringinstallation:- do not use two or more dimmers together in the same box- do not install in boxes where there are thermostats item AM5711 and item

PASSIVE IR SWITCH AM/A5751 - AM/A5752
The passive IR switch opens up new prospects in the field of automaticmechanisms, allowing to automatically switch on devices as passers-byapproach (for example, light turns on without touching any switch orpushbutton). It is possible to adjust the device sensitivity threshold accordingto the room natural lighting and to adjust the end-of-operation delay afterlast movement has been detected, to optimise performance. The detection range can be widened by installing several devices at differentplaces, with outputs connected in parallel.Volumetric coverage is achieved with 3 levels of rays A, B and C with plus-2,minus-6 and minus-30 degrees orientation relative to the installation axis, and reaches 4 meters.

EMERGENCY LAMPS A5774/... - A5776/... - L4784/... - L4786/...
Emergency and lightingThe new high-efficiency luminous and long-lasting emergency lamps areavailable in two versions: version with the one-function emergency lampor the lamp with permanent emergency and lighting. The first ones startoperating automatically in case of a power supply failure, then they turn offagain when the power is back; the second ones use the emergency functiontogether with the permanent switch-on to light up rooms that need artificiallighting 24 hours a day, for example corridors or internal stairways withoutwindows.
Control functionsEvery lamp is supplied with a LED, which indicates that there is a flow
of electricity, and a pushbutton that lets you turn it off when used foremergencies in order to prevent the batteries from uselessly running down, for example when you intentionally turn off the main switch to carry outelectrical maintenance on the system. When there are several lamps, it ispossible to exclude them with a remote switch.
Spare batteriesThe lamps are supplied with batteries placed in the back, easily accessiblefor their replacement. In fact, the batteries can be supplied separately asspare parts.

Alarm indications and proper operation
The range of gas detectors includes:- methane gas detectors (AM/A5731/12)- GPL gas detectors (AM/A5732/12)
Methane and GPL gas detectors comply with standard UNI CEI 70028 andwith the European standard project EN 50194.All detectors use the latest-generation semiconductor sensors; this featuremakes every device extremely selective on the gas for which it was rated, thus the possibilities of accidental alarms are reduced. They are controlled by a microprocessor and are provided with an internalself-test for signalling possible anomalies of electronic components of thesensor and of external connections.
A series of LEDs and a audible signalling device indicate proper powersupply, a possible anomaly or an alarm situation. As required by the Standards, all devices are sensitive to just one type ofgas and clearly show the name of the manufacturer, the type of gas forwhich they were made, the recommended replacement date, the guaranteedperiod of operation, etc..All devices are made in a two-module enclosure.Only the configuration that requires an installation combined with therepeater and detector is covered by the IMQ - UNI – CIG mark of conformity, according to the Standard UNI CEI 70028.
The alarm, failure and proper power supply indication is signalled bythe LEDs and by the audible signalling devices which bear the standardsymbols required by the regulation.
Connection to a gas detector and a signal repeater.

These devices have a passive infrared ray detector, which is sensitive tothe thermal radiation emitted by moving bodies, and a brightness detector. When people or vehicles move into the field of action, the device activatesan internal relay to command lighting or presence check systems. Dependingon the type of device, the field of action can be extended to a maximumlength of 10 m with angular opening between 140° and 270°.The brightness detector allows activation of the relay only when the area
lighting falls below an adjustable threshold. If the twilight activation is not required, the detector can be deactivated;in this case the switch only activates with the tripping of the infrared raysensor. The length of the switching on can be adjusted by the internal timer:after the fixed time, if the person is no longer in the field of action, the relaydeactivates.
