CONDICIONES DE VENTAGARANTÍA

Solo los productos adquiridos en Establecimientos Autorizados AUP reúnen los requisitos necesarios para recibir las coberturas de un programa de mantenimiento o de garantía. Los productos que no se hayan comprado en estos establecimientos puede que no sean auténticos, no estén completos, no hayan recibido todas las actualizaciones de diseño y producción, no satisfagan los requisitos de rendimiento y calidad de AUP, y puede que hayan sido alterados.

AUP garantiza, exclusivamente al comprador original y durante el periodo de tiempo indicado a continuación, que el equipo adquirido no presenta defectos de material y/o fabricación para su uso normal en el buceo recreativo; siempre y cuando se haya efectuado un cuida-do y mantenimiento adecuados, tal y como indica la ficha de instrucciones o la guía del usuario que acompaña al equipo. Si se probara que el equipo es defectuoso por algún motivo (diferente al que aparece en la lista de limitaciones de abajo), el producto sería reparado o sustituido, a discreción exclusiva de AUP, sin ningún coste (excluyendo costes de envío y manipulación). Esta garantía quedaría anulada si el equipo hubiera sido modificado por alguna persona (o personas) no autorizada(s) por AUP para realizar reparaciones o si el equipo se hubiera utilizado con fines comerciales, militares o de alquiler.

EXCLUSIONES

Quedan excluidos de la garantia los robos, pérdidas o daños provocados por accidentes, mal uso, alteraciones, falta de mantenimiento o exposición a temperaturas extremas, luz solar prolongada o productos químicos dañinos. De igual forma las reparaciones o modifi-caciones realizadas por alguna persona o personas ajenas a AUP o Establecimientos Autorizados AUP invalidan la garantía. AUP no será responsable de la recuperación o sustitución del producto en el caso de pérdida o robo. AUP, sus Distribuidores Internacionales Autorizados y los Establecimientos Autorizados no ofrecerán ningún otro tipo de garantía, ni expresa ni implícitamente, oral o escrita en relación con alguna cobertura de la garantía excepto aquella expresamente indicada en los párrafos anteriores.

AUP no se responsabilizará de ningún acuerdo oral o escrito con la excepción de aquellos incluidos expresamente en esta garantía. Esta garantía y los términos aquí contenidos reemplazan a todas las declaraciones contenidas en cualquiera de las guías de usuario, fichas de instrucciones u otros textos o catálogos de equipos.

En ningún caso AUP, sus Distribuidores Internacionales Autorizados y sus Establecimientos Autorizados serán responsables o podrán ser considerados responsables por cualquier daño personal o de otra indole provocados por el uso del equipo aunque éste se encuentre en garantia, bien sean directos, indirectos, accidentales o resultantes; incluso en los casos que AUP haya advertido sobre dichos daños.

REGISTRO DEL PRODUCTO

El registro del producto es un paso importante para disfrutar de su nuevo producto AUP. El registro nos ayuda a facilitar el servicio de garantía y nos permite ponernos en contacto con usted si su producto requiriera una actualización o cualquier otro servicio.El hecho de no registrar el producto no minora los derechos de garantía del consumidor. Rogamos guarde su factura de compra original donde conste la fecha de adquisición del producto, para el servicio de garantía de su producto AUP necesitará aportar una copia de la misma expedida por un Establecimiento Autorizado AUP para confirmar la situación de la garantía.

Cuando compre por Internet, el albarán/factura de envío, remitido junto con su pedido, le sirve como factura. Si compró el producto AUP en un Establecimiento Autorizado AUP, la factura será la prueba de compra.

CONDICIONES DE VENTADEVOLUCIONES

Póngase en contacto con el Distribuidor internacional autorizado AUP de la zona o país en el que adquirió el producto para solicitar el número de autorización de devolución de mercancía. Adjunte un escrito donde detalle las incidencias, defectos o cualquier otra anomalia del producto.

Indique el número de devolución de mercancia en el exterior del paquete de envio y en el escrito de incidencias.

POLÍTICA, SUGERENCIAS Y PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES

Envíe solo el artículo que necesite reparación. Por ejemplo: si el problema solo se presenta en el módulo del ordenador, extráigalo de la consola; con el módulo SPG, extráigalo del latiguillo.Extraiga todos los accesorios y cualquier artículo que no sea de AUP. Las devolu-ciones para su abono o sustitución se deben entregar completas con los componentes y el embalaje originales.

Las devoluciones con un IMPRESO DE DEVOLUCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO incompleto o inexistente o sin el número de autorización de devolución, podran ser devueltos sin efectuar ninguna reparación. AUP no se hace responsable de las devoluciones dañadas debido a un mal empaquetado del producto.

DISPOSICIONES PARA SITIOS WEB DE SUBASTAS / TERCERAS PARTES. Los Establecimientos o Distribuidores podrán vender pro-ductos nuevos AUP en Amazon, eBay.com y otros sitios web de terceras partes, siempre que se cumplan las siguientes disposiciones: a. Los productos solo se podrán vender con los nombres del Establecimiento o Distribuidor conocidos por AUP Europe GmbH.b. Los productos solo se podrán vender con la opción “Compre ahora”.c. Los productos solo se podrán “unir” para su venta con otros productos de la competencia cuando el precio de cada artículo esté claramente identificado. La política de Internet de AUP Europe GmbH anteriormente descrita (incluyendo las fronteras territoriales y los trasbordos) se aplicara igualmente a la publicidad de terceras partes o sitios web de subastas.

DISPOSICIONES SOBRE PRODUCTOS USADOS Y/O QUE YA NO SE FABRICAN. Los Establecimientos o Distribuidores podrán vender productos usados o que ya no se fabrican a través de sus propios sitios web o de terceras partes, siempre que se cumplan las siguientes disposiciones:a. El texto que acompañe a cualquier producto usado debe indicar claramente: “Este artículo está usado, no está cubierto por la garantía del fabricante”.b. Todo listado de productos usados debe incluir una imagen del producto real describiendo su estado con cualquier imperfección y/o defectos conocidos.c. El texto que acompañe a cualquier modelo o color que ya no se fabrique debe indicar claramente: “Este modelo/color ya no se fabrica”.

VENTAJAS DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LA POLÍTICA DE INTERNET. El cumplimiento de la política de Internet permite al Establecimiento o Distribuidor Autorizado el derecho limitado al uso de la propiedad intelectual (imágenes digitales, vídeos y contenidos) exclusivamente en relación con la publicidad y comercialización de los productos de AUP. La utilización de la propiedad intelectual se permitirá solo con el consentimiento expreso de AUP Europe GmbH.

ANTE EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA POLÍTICA DE INTERNET, AUP UNILATERALMENTE EXIGIRÁ EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LA MISMA. El incumplimiento de las disposiciones establecidas anteriormente conllevará las siguientes sanciones:a. Primera incidencia: Los privilegios de comercio electrónico del Establecimiento o Distribuidor quedan suspendidos durante 60 días. b. Segunda incidencia: En el plazo de un (1) año de calendario, los privilegios de comercio electrónico del Establecimiento o Distribuidor quedan suspendidos durante 120 días. c. Tercera incidencia: En el plazo de un (1) año de calendario, los privilegios de comercio electrónico del Establecimiento o Distribuidor quedan revocados indefinidamente. Las anteriores restricciones son las mínimas que impondrá AUP Europe GmbH. AUP Europe GmbH se reserva el derecho, a su exclusiva discreción, de imponer restricciones más severas, llegando e incluyendo el cese de todos los privilegios de compra a cualquier establecimiento o distribuidor que infrinja esta política. Esta es una política unilateral de AUP Europe GmbH. Ningún acuerdo se tendrá en cuenta, ni AUP Europe GmbH aceptará ningún acuerdo del minorista con respecto a esta política.AUP se reserva el derecho exclusivo y absoluto de modificar y/o enmendar los términos y condiciones de esta política de Internet en cualquier momento, notificandolo con 15 días de antelación al Establecimiento o Distribuidor.

Los precios que figuran en nuestra tarifa como PVF no incluyen el I.V.A. y pueden ser modificados sin previo aviso.Nos reservamos el derecho a variar o modificar nuestros modelos y productos sin previo aviso.

PAGOS

No se admiten pagos por reposición.Para los pedidos iniciales el pago será mediante transferencia bancaria por adelantado, los siguientes mediante giros bancarios hasta 60 días, siempre con previo informe bancario y debidamente domiciliado.El pedido mínimo es de 100 euros, para cantidades inferiores, cobraremos 10 euros en concepto de gastos de embalaje y manipulación si el envío se realiza por correo y 15 euros si se realiza por agencia de transporte. Estos pedidos se enviarán siempre contrareembolso.Si es un resto de pedido, que se hubiera producido a causa de no disponer de existencias en su momento, se suministrará sin este cargo adicional, reservándonos el derecho de proceder a la anulación de dicho resto.En el caso de impago de algún giro bancario quedará suspendido el crédito hasta que sea satisfecho el importe nominal y los gastos por devolución del mismo. La reiteración de impagado, significará la suspensión del crédito, viéndonos obligados a expedir los pedidos contrareembolso o transferencia anticipada.

MERCANCÍAS Y PORTES

La mercancía viaja por cuenta y riesgo del comprador. En caso de anomalías debe indicarlo al transportista.Portes pagados para pedidos superiores a 650 euros en la Península y 700 euros en las Islas Baleares.Portes pagados para pedidos superiores a 600 euros en las Islas Canarias.En caso de solicitar un medio urgente de transporte los portes serán por cuenta del comprador.

DEVOLUCIONES Y REPARACIONES

No se admitirán devoluciones de mercancía pasados 15 días de la fecha de compra.Para realizar una devolución, será necesario solicitar un número de autorización a nuestro departamento comercial.No será admitido ningún paquete que no haya sido autorizado previamente e identifique exteriormente el número de autorización asignado.Los envíos de productos para su reparación, aún estando en garantía, seguirán el procedimiento anterior y siempre se remitirán a portes pagados, en caso contrario no serán admitidos. La garantía de nuestros productos avala su reparación o reposición, nunca los portes o su abono.

COMPETENCIAS JUDICIALES

Las divergencias que pudieran suscitarse serán tratadas a través de los tribunales de Valencia, con renuncia expresa del comprador a cualquier otro fuero. BTR-500DRYSUIT The new BTR-500 drysuit uses our latest Butyl Trilaminate Ripstop material to produce a lightweight but very durable suit. Everything from the material to the taping has been fine-tuned and optimized to make the BTR-500 an absolute pleasure to dive in, whether you are at 10m or 100m. The BTR-500 uses our specially developed 600g/sqm Butyl Trilaminate Ripstop material which incorporates a 140g/sqm High Decitex Nylon 6.6 Ripstop external lining for optimum tear, puncture and abrasion resistance that has the benefit of a easy clean and wash down finish. The internal lining is made from a patented coating that maximizes water integrity and seam tape adhesion as well as making the suit easy to get in and out of. The internal coating also make suit repairs exceptionally easy. As with all our suits each panel that makes up the BTR-500 is cut on the bias of the material to increase the stretch and flexibility of the material by up to 15%. This, combined with clever panel designs makes this front entry suit especially easy to get on without the need to struggle to get the neck seal over the head. A composite zip maintains flexibility in the torso and is protected by a Velcro secured flap.

PRISM 2TECHNICALLY FOCUSED The PRISM 2 is an electronically or manually controlled, constant PO2, modular, closed circuit diving system.

PRIMARY DISPLAY (HUD)

The primary Heads-Up-Display (HUD) consists of 3 bicolor (red/green) LEDs mounted on either the right or left side of the DSV/BOV mouthpiece just below eye level. Each LED provides a status indicator for its corresponding O2 sensor by using a "Smithers Code" flashing the status on a cycling 5-second loop during the dive.

SECONDARY DISPLAY (COMPUTER)

The Shearwater Petrel is the computer display on the Prism 2 and was chosen for this application as it is one of the most advanced mixed gas CCR computers available today. The Petrel is designed to control the Prism 2 setpoint and uses a basic decompression algorithm known as Buhlmann ZHL-16C which has been modified by the use of Gradient Factors.

EXPLORERRECREATIONALLY READY The Hollis Explorer Sport is a true recreational Rebreather. Compact, lightweight and extremely easy to use. It's patent pending design is unique in using a single gas, Nitrox, and is electronically controlled to achieve an optimal balance of PPO2 and dive time. The unit uses pre-packed absorbent cartridges; easy setup; has optional CO2 tracking; 2 hour dive duration.

The Explorer's design makes it a dream for the recreational diver looking for a safe and easy way to explore the bottom at leisure and without disturbing the sealife with bubbles.

Nitrox Electronically Controlled Hybrid - uses readily available Nitrox in 32 – 40%

PRIMARY DISPLAY (HUD)

The LED HUD option allows you to monitor your loop PO2 via the heads-up display using color LEDs mounted on the DSV. The actual loop PO2 for each of three sensors is displayed via a flashing code. The HUD functions independently of the controller using its own DiveCAN bus, its own power supply and electronics.

SECONDARY DISPLAY (COMPUTER)

Explorer design utilizes a fixed PO2 and a semi-closed function from a single cylinder of nitrox; ranging from 32-40%. The intelligent electronics supplied with the unit have a pre-dive diagnostic sequence which runs with just a few prompts to the diver. The unit automatically analyses the gas mixture, adjusts accordingly and performs a series of checks including loop volume & optional CO2 detection during pre-breathe. Once the Explorer is "ready to dive" the diver is ready to safely enter the water.
