La Empresa Nacional para la Protección de Flora y Fauna, junto a VDL-Stud de Holanda y la Federación Ecuestre de Cuba tiene el honor de darles la bienvenida al 7mo REMATE ELITE HABANA 2016, que se realizará los días 11,12 y 13 de Febrero en el reconocido Club Ecuestre de La Habana.

En este evento Internacional de Caballos de Salto serán subastados 33 ejemplares de la prestigiosa “Real Sangre Holandesa”, que incluyen 20 caballos montados y 13 en libertad.

Durante las dos primeras jornadas los participantes podrán avalar las habilidades de los caballos a subastar, que fueron entrenados por jinetes pertenecientes a la Escuela Nacional de Equitación.

Como en cada edición nos acompañan expertos nacionales e internacionales en la actividad ecuestre, que podrán evidenciar los resultados y potencialidades del desarrollo de este deporte en nuestro país.

The National Enterprise for the Protection of Flora and Fauna, along with VDL-Stud from Holland and the Equestrian Federation of Cuba has the honor to welcome you to the 7th ELITE AUCTION HAVANA 2016, which will be held on 11, 12 and 13 February at the renowned Equestrian Club of Havana.

On this International Event of Jumping Horses Auction will be auctioned 33 specimens, including 20 mounted horses and 13 on freedom of the prestigious race “Blood Royal Dutch”.

During the first two days the participants will endorse the skills of the horses to be auctioned, that were trained by riders belonging to the National Riding School.

Since in every edition we are accompanied by national and international experts in the equestrian activity, which will be able to demonstrate the results and potentialities of the development of this sport in our country.

Los ingresos de esta subasta contribuyen al financiamiento del programa genético equino y los proyectos de conservación de la flora y la fauna en Cuba.

The incomes of the auction will contribute to finance Cuba´s equine genetic program as well as projects for the conservation of flora and fauna in the country.

La Federación Ecuestre de Cuba (FEC) se constituyó el 21 de noviembre de 1979, con personalidad jurídica y de carácter nacional, por la Resolución No. 232 del Ministerio de Justicia. Los objetivos principales de trabajo de la federación cubana son:

a) Ser la autoridad nacional en el deporte ecuestre. Ser por tanto la entidad rectora en el país de todos los eventos relacionados con las disciplinas aprobadas por la Federación Ecuestre Internacional (FEI).

b) Asesorar y apoyar el desarrollo de los programas de la actividad ecuestre en Cuba.

c) Contribuir a la constante superación técnica - profesional de sus afiliados en todos los niveles y categorías.

d) Coordinar y supervisar la organización técnica de los concursos territoriales, nacionales e internacionales que se celebren en el país.

e) Constituir el reglamento y aprobar los programas competitivos para los campeonatos ecuestres territoriales, nacionales e internacionales a celebrarse en Cuba, y controlar su organización técnica.

f) Establecer relaciones de cooperación técnica - profesional con otras federaciones ecuestres de otros países, así como con la FEI, con el fin de contribuir al desarrollo de los objetivos de la FEC.

Hoy nos encontramos consolidando y perfeccionando la actividad de Equitación en Cuba. Nos proponemos seguir compitiendo con respeto a las reglas del olimpismo, ser fervientes defensores de los principios de nuestra Revolución y cosechar triunfos que sean de orgullo para la nación y para otros contendientes- amigos.

La Empresa Nacional para la Protección de la Flora y Fauna (ENPFF), perteneciente al Ministerio de la Agricultura de la República de Cuba, que en este diciembre cumplirá sus 40 años de creada, fundada y conducida por el Comandante de la Revolución Guillermo García Frías, ha desarrollado durante estos años, en todo el país, un amplio Programa de Conservación de la Flora y la Fauna que incluye 80 Áreas Protegidas. La ENPFF tiene también entre sus misiones principales el desarrollado del Fondo Genético Equino en el país, para el que cuenta con 44 Ranchos dedicados a la cría de caballos de 17 Razas.

Con el fin de consolidar el Deporte Ecuestre en Cuba, nuestra empresa tiene 6 escuelas de equitación y adiestramiento, así como 3 escuelas de Doma Vaquera y una de Doma Clásica Española. Formamos además especialistas en la actividad de herrería.

The National Enterprise for the Protection of the Flora and Fauna, be-longing to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Cuba, which in this December will celebrate its 40 years of its creation, founded and led by the Commander of the Revolution Guillermo García Frías, has developed and led during these years a big Program of Conservation of Flora and Fauna and has developed the Equine Genetic Fund in the country, being this its fundamental mission, being provided with 44 Ranches devoted to the horses breeding of 17 races.

For the consolidation of the Equestrian Sport in Cuba, it is provided with 6 riding schools and training, as well as 3 schools of Cowboy Dressage and one of Spanish Classical Dressage. There are forming also special-ists in the smithy activity.

Actualmente contamos con 34 jinetes profesionales de equitación, más de 60 niños-jinetes en las escuelas de equitación y 18 jinetes en los colegios de Doma Vaquera. Se han graduado en las escuelas de oficios más de 80 especialistas, que trabajan en los distintos ranchos de la ENPFF.

Comenzamos a insertarnos en el deporte ecuestre en la arena inter-nacional, a partir de la importación de caballos de las mejores razas utilizadas en el mundo de la equitación. Capacitamos en el extranjero a jinetes, técnicos y herreros. Organizamos además cursos en nuestros Ranchos, con profesores de otras naciones, para intercambiar y ganar conocimientos en temáticas relacionadas con el deporte ecuestre y el desarrollo de la masa caballar.

Se han efectuado hasta la fecha 6 remates élites, que suman 133 caballos de la raza Real Sangre Holandesa subastados. Muchos de estos ejemplares han participado en eventos internacionales de alto nivel competitivo en sus países de destino.

At present we are provided with 34 professional riders, more than 60 children - riders in the schools, 18 riders in the schools of Classic Cowboy Dressage and have been graduated in the trades’ schools more than 80 specialists, who are employed at the different ranches of the Enterprise.

We begin to insert in the equestrian sport in the international arena, importing horses of the best races used in the world of the horseback riding and the cowherd work, qualifying abroad riders, technical staff and blacksmiths, some of the big challenges was the creation of equine clinics with international teachers, aiding to the development of the equine mass.

Up to the date have been carried out 6 Elite Auctions, and many of these auctioned horses have taken part in international events of high competitive level in their destination countries obtaining excellent re-sults.

CONDICIONES GENERALES

1. El Club Ecuestre de La Habana es la sede del 7mo Remate Élite Habana 2016 para caballos de Salto, a realizarse durante los días 11, 12 y 13 de febrero del 2016, de conjunto con la empresa comercializadora ALCONA S.A. teniendo como receptivo la agencia de Viajes ECOTUR S.A.

2. Los caballos incluidos en el presente catálogo se venden conforme a las condiciones de la subasta que corresponden a su tipo. Se solicita consultar con el comité organizador de la subasta antes de la misma frente a cualquier duda. Las personas que pueden ser consultados son:

1- Sr. Noel Ceballos (Director General de Club Ecuestre) (Cel.: 535 2858089)

2- Sr. Franklin Domenech Snowball.(Director Técnico de la escuela Nacional de Equitación) (Cel.: 535 2858081).

3- Sr. Julio Ortiz (Director Comercial de ALCONA S.A) (Cel.: 535 2858081).

3. Los equinos deberán ser retirados por el postor-comprador antes de los 60 días hábiles de haber finalizado el proceso de compra siempre que estos tengan realizados los análisis requeridos y cuenten con el certificado veterinario.

4. La propiedad de los equinos les será entregada por VDL Stud una vez pagada la totalidad por el importe de venta y el importe de adjudi-cación del equino que consistirá en un documento de propiedad emitido por esta institución y el pedigrí original realizado por el respectivo studbook.

5. En caso de que el postor-comprador requiera los servicios para la retirada del equino a través de El Organizador, deberá firmar un documento de solicitud y efectuar el pago correspondiente por los gastos el cual responsabilizará a El Organizador con todos los trámites necesarios para garantizar la custodia, condiciones sanitarias y trans-portación de los mismos y a la empresa ALCONA S.A de los trámites necesarios para la exportación. La venta se hace en condición de entrega FCA o CPT según se establece en los INCOTERMS 2000 y por tanto los trámites de seguro corren a cargo del comprador. En los casos que el comprador solicite y contrate para la exportación de los equinos el servicio de otras líneas aéreas y compañías aseguradoras no contratadas por El Organizador este sólo entregará el producto en las condiciones FCA Habana y en ningún caso será responsable por los daños y omisiones cometidos por estos.

6. SUBASTA

a. La modalidad de la subasta consistirá en la apertura de la misma con un precio de estimación por equino realizando la puja hasta el precio de remate que deberá ser pagado.

b. El valor final del caballo será siempre expresado en euros.

c. El Organizador tiene la autoridad para cambiar el orden de venta de los equinos, sin dar razones para rechazar la participación de postores-compradores.

d. Los postores-compradores deberán estar aptos comercial y mentalmente.

e. Inmediatamente a la identificación del producto el postor-comprador deberá firmar los documentos y contratos establecidos para su retiro. En caso de comprar más de un ejemplar debe hacer un depósito a El Organizador.

Todos los equinos vendidos (los cuales fueron importados a Cuba con un año y medio de edad) han sido sometidos a un control veterinario y tendrán garantizados todos los análisis que solicite el país de destino, excepto la realización de radiografías.

CONDICIONES PARTICULARES.

9. GARANTÍA DE EXPORTACIÓN.

La garantía de exportación tendrá un plazo de 60 días desde la caída del martillo. Si la causa de vencimiento de la garantía es por el comprador, comenzará a cobrarse entonces el costo de la estadía en las instala-ciones del Club Ecuestre será de 30 CUC por equino día.

10. INFORMACIÓN

El Comité Organizador le ofrece en el catálogo información acerca del pedigrí de cada ejemplar.

11. GASTOS DE EXPORTACIÓN

Una vez firmado el documento de solicitud, el postor-comprador aceptará pagar inmediatamente los gastos que se acordarán para cada transacción y que a continuación se relacionan:

- Custodia

- Trámite sanitario

- Embalaje y transportación

- Documentos para la exportación

- Flete aéreo

La exhibición de caballos estará prevista para los días 11 y 12 de febrero del 2016, en las instalaciones del Club Ecuestre.

13. RÉGIMEN LEGAL.

Las presentes Condiciones Generales y Particulares acordadas para cada transacción en específico se regirán e interpretarán con arreglo a las leyes cubanas. Todas las operaciones a las que se apliquen estas condiciones se someten, en cuanto a su calificación jurídica y efectos a la legislación cubana, específicamente al Código Civil y al Código de Comercio.

La participación en la subasta, ya sea como vendedor, comprador o pujador, supone aceptar la sujeción a estas Condiciones Generales y Particulares. Estas no obstante, pueden estar sujetas a modifi-caciones durante el período de organización de la subasta, pero serían oportunamente publicadas para conocimiento de vendedores, compradores y pujadores.

En caso de discrepancias que puedan surgir entre las partes con motivo de la compra-venta, a menos que haya sido acordado previamente, cualquiera de las partes involucradas tiene derecho a someter su reclamación a la Corte de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de la República de Cuba.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. - The Equestrian Club of Havana is the venue of 7th Elite Auction Havana 2016 for jumping horses, to be realized during the 11, 12 and 13 February 2016, together with the marketing company ALCONA S.A. having like receptive the travel agency ECOTUR S.A.

2. - The horses included in the present catalog are sold in accordance with the conditions of the auction that correspond to its kind. It is re-quested to consult with the organizing committee of the auction before the same one if there is a doubt. The persons who can be consulted are:

3. - The equines will have to be withdrawn by the bidder - buyer before 60 working days of having finished the buy process whenever these have realized the required analyses and are provided with the veterinary certificate.

4. - The property of the equines will be delivered to them by VDL Stud once be paid the totality for the amount of sale and the amount of assignment of the equine that will consist of a document of property emitted by this institution and the original pedigree realized by the respective studbook.

5.- In case the bidder - buyer needs the services for the retreat of the equine by means The Organizer, he will have to sign a request doc-ument and carry the corresponding payment for the expenses which will make responsible The Organizer with all the necessary steps to guarantee the care, sanitary conditions and transportation of the same ones and to the company ALCONA S.A of the steps necessary for the exportation. The sale is done in condition of delivery FCA or CPT as it is established in the INCOTERMS 2000 and therefore the insurance steps run in charge of the buyer. In the cases that the buyer requests and hires for the exportation of the equines the service of other airlines and insurance companies not hired by The Organizer, he only will deliver the product in the conditions FCA Havana and in no case he will be responsible for the damages and omissions committed by them.

6.- AUCTION

• The form of the auction will consist of the opening of the same one with an estimation price for equine realizing the bidding up to the price of auction that will have to be paid.

• The final value of the horse will be always expressed in Euros.

• The Organizer has the authority to change the order of sale of the equines, without giving reasons to refuse the bidders - buyers’ partic-ipation.

• The bidders - buyers will have to be suitable commercially and mentally.

• Immediately to the identification of the product the bidder - buyer will have to sign the documents and contracts established for its retire-ment. In case of buying more than one specimen he must do a deposit to The Organizer.

All the equines sold (which were imported to Cuba with one year and a half of age) have been submitted to a veterinary control and will have guaranteed all the analyses that the destination country requests, except the realization of radiographies.

The exportation guarantee will have a term of 60 days from the fall of the hammer. If the cause of maturity of the guarantee is for the buyer, the cost of the demurrage will begin to recover then in the facilities of the Equestrian Club and it will be to 30 CUC for equine day.

The horses’ exhibition will be foreseen for the 11 and 12 of February, 2016, in the facilities of the Equestrian Club.

13.- LEGAL REGIME.

The present General and Particular Conditions agreed for every trans-action in specific will be ruled and interpret according to the Cuban laws. All the operations to which are applied these conditions must comply specially with, as for its juridical qualification and effects to the Cuban legislation, the Civil Code and the Commerce Code.

The participation in the auction, already like a seller, buyer or bidder, supposes accepting the subjection to these General and Particular Conditions. Nevertheless, they can be subject to modifications during the period of organization of the auction, but would be published opportunely for knowledge of sellers, buyers and bidders.

In case of discrepancies that could arise between the parts due to the buying and selling, unless it has been agreed previously, any of the involved parts has right to submit their claim to the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba.
