Praha

Our company operates in national market since 1991 and follows the pre-war manufacturing of steel fittings in town Ceske Budejovice. The main product range extension comes in 1997. Since that year our workshop is equipped with all the important machines such as CNC lathes, milling and bending machines, etc. A very important certificate ISO 9002:1994 has been given to our company in 1998 and two years afterwards ISO 9001:1994. And than because of the requirements and needs of production and research based on our own documentation we deserved ISO 9001:2008.

We have construction department where our specialists draw the designs in 3D using Autodesk Inventor and 2D AutoCAD

Our company became a long-term supplier for many main producers in food, light chemical and pharmaceutical industry all over the Czech Rep. We also sell our products to other countries like Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Latvia, Russia, Germany, Italy and even to Japan.

Most of our products we manufacture in series. We can also make atypical pieces according to customers‘ needs.

We give the guarantee based on the Czech law system but we are not responsible for products on which has been made some changes without our company’s agreement.

square and rectangle profiles.

Fittings and Clamp connections are mostly used to join or adjust other parts in tube system, and there is also

the blinding nut for endings. They are made of stainless steel AISI304 or 316L. Connections are really tuff and

safe even in contact with chemicals.

The sealing can be made of NBR, Silicone, EPDM, Viton and PTFE (Teflon). It is also possible to buy them

as spare parts.

All units should be fixed by welding.

Each fitting unit includes a male part, a liner, a nut and of course the sealing.

Each clamp unit includes two clamp connecting pieces, the clamp ring and the sealing.

Both of these fittings and clamp connections are possible to get in these dimensions:

DN 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125,1 50 and Clamp even DN200.

The temperature of substance is supposed to be up to 100 °C. The maximum pressure is up to 1.0 Mpa.

This product is good for regulate the flow of the liquid. It has three basic positions: closed, open, half-open. You can manage that with the handle or by regulating screw and also by pneumatic or electric drive. They are made of stainless steel AISI304 or 316L. Connections of flanges are really tuff and safe and even the heating can be added which helps the flowing of solidify liquids.

Each butterfly valve has these parts: 2flanges ended with type of connection which you choose (male part, liner, clamp or just ready for welding), the heart of valve with sealing and the handle( it always shows the same way as the heart so you can see if it is opened or closed.

The sealing can be made of VQM (Silicone), EPDM and Viton. It is also possible to buy them as spare parts.

Butterfly valves comes in these dimensions DN 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150.

To dismount the handle you have to remove the plastic cover and release the screw.

3-way valves

A T-tube forced by three butterfly valves and two of them can be connected so there is always one of them closed and one open.

Electrical drive

Forced by an electrical engine which closes and opens the valve thanks to the transmissions.

It is possible to control them manually when the electricity is shut down.

There are three basic sizes based on a size of the valve. Signalization of position can be added with option to

be connected to automated systems. It takes 60–150 sec. to close or to open the valve. There is also a type of

electric drive with fast closing ability, than it takes just about 15 seconds.

There are also special electrical drives which are forced by return spring. In case of electricity shut down the

valve is automatically turned on the basic position.

Pneumatic Drive

There are two basic types of pneu-drives: single acting (air/spring) and double acting (air/air).

On low pressure or when the electricity is switched off the air/spring valve is automatically closed.

The air/air operating valve is added which operates closing and opening of the butterfly or ball valve thanks

to the electrical magnet.

It is possible to add the signalization device which signalize the actual position of the valve and it can be

connected to the remote control system.

The working pressure in the drive is between 5,5–8 bar. The air has to suit the ČSN standard for air operating

devices. It doesn’t have to be lubricated. Connection to the air system is by hose 6x4 mm.

These pneumatic drives usually come along with controlling and signalization voltage 24V/DC and the

2 000 mm long cable. Induction sensor can be added as well. Different values has to be contained in the order.

This product is good for regulate the flow of the liquid same as butterfly valves but here when it is open nothing stays in the way of substances. It is also easy to maintain these parts.

They are made of stainless steel AISI304 or 316L. Thanks to the Teflon sealing in which is the main ball of the valve turning it is possible to use it up to 150 °C permanently. Ball valves are ended with type of connection which you choose (male part, liner, clamp or just ready for welding).

The 3-way ball valves has the same usage as 3-way butterfly valves.

Both variants can be forced by pneumatic or electric drives and even the heating can be added which helps the flowing of solidify liquids.

Ball valves comes in these dimensions DN 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100.

It is also possible after previous agreement and discussion with constructors to build these ball and butterfly valves to hold out even the explosive medium for zone 1 and 2.

Sight glass

Usually we use them as a part of tube complex to watch the flowing liquids.

For better visibility a lamp or a wiper can be added.

The glass type Simax is made of borosilicate glass stands the temperature up to 300 °C

Is used to X – ray the sight glass and than to see and control the flowing and quality of the liquid etc.

The body of light is not sealed and protected against water. Thanks to closed halogen reflectors and small voltage no damage or harm can be caused to the device or to the crew.

The halogen bulb can be changed by releasing the silicon cap and the safety ring.

Pipe sight glass light DN25–80

This type of sight glass light Is usually used to light up the tanks and thanks to strong light output it is easier to see the level of the liquid.

The body of light is not sealed and protected against water. Thanks to closed halogen reflectors and small voltage no damage or harm can be caused to the device or to the crew.

The light is on only when the button is pressed. When the light is used permanently there is a protective cage so no harm from the heated bulb (about 120 °C) can happen.

The reflector can be changed by unscrewing the nut.

Used in parts of pipe complexes where is the need of one way flow only. Opening pressure = 0.02–0.1 bar.They can be fit in system in vertical and also in horizontal position.

They are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or 316L. Sealing there can be NBR, silicon, EPDM, PTFE. Some parts can be even from Viton.

Connections are the same as on valves G, S, K, C and all combinations.

For better coordination in catalog you can see there a pointing arrow which is in the same direction as the liquid flows.

90 ° bends are important parts of almost all tube complexes. Also possible to get just 45 ° bends.

Tees are typical parts used in industry tube complexes, good when you need to digress. There can be also

used a pipe divider which splits one pipe on two or otherwise connect two pipes in one.

Hose adapters/extensions are used when the connection between stainless steel pipes and hoses is

needed. To secure the connection there is a hose clasp.

All of these pipe parts can be ended by all types of fittings (G, S, K, C)

Muff and Nipple are the pipe part connectors with inner or outer thread according to dimensions

DIN/ISO 228G. It is possible to make different such as M or NPT.

Size adaptors are also used very often. When you need to reduce or expand the size of tubes. The inside

surface is always Ra 1.6.

Filters are being used for catching the solids which flows in the liquid. Filters consists of a body part which can be connected by all types of fittings to the tube system and of a inside part (made of perforated sheet which can stand the pressure up to 6 bars or sieve which can stand the pressure up to 2 bars. Both types may have a different mesh. It is possible to make them heated up as well.

Self-adjustable angle valves used for reduce the pressure in pipes or in tanks (maximum pressure it can hold is 6–8 bars depending on size of valve)

Double air valves are designed to make the pressure equalization in the tank while is being filled or otherwise in range of − 0.02 bar up to 3 bars.

Vacuum spring and weight valves provides the pressure equalization in the tanks when they are being sanitized or just emptied.

Saturation and Aeration plugs are mostly used in beverages industry especially in brewery. The plug can be made of stainless steel pipe with drilled-in holes or sintered steel or ceramic plug .

Dumper device is being used in brewery and it helps to control and regulate the pressure (0.2–2.4 bar) in tanks (up to 180 hl, 500 hl and 1000 hl)

Non of these valves are supposed to be used as pressure safety valves according to ČSN. Flow-meter is good for controlling the amount of flowing liquid (m3/hour or liters/minute).
