Terms and Conditions

1. Please fill the order form details completely and clearly (especially the recipient’s name and contact number) to speed

vup our processing and smoothen our delivery.

2. Order will only be processed upon confirmation made by Lugard and will be charged immediately upon receipt of order.

3. For minimum purchase of HK$1,000 (net), free delivery service is available at commercial and industries building for Hong

Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (we do not deliver goods to Chek Lap Kok, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay

and other areas in outlying islands). Additional charge of HK$50 per residential location.

4. Any purchase of under HK$1,000 (net), an additional delivery charge of HK$100 is required for each purchase

5. Delivery service available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. (All products are available for delivery

after 15 Aug 2016. Delivery is available 3-7 days after payment confirmed.)

5a. Delivery schedule is an estimate only and will be advised upon payment and completion of this order.

5b. Delivery will be suspended if black rain signal/typhoon signals No.8 or above is hoisted.

5c. While all goods will be delivered to the best of our effort, Lugard is not liable for any unsuccessful

delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer/ recipient.

6. All items sold are non-refundable.

7. Invoice will be void should customer fail to pick up the ordered goods within the agreed period. Payment will not be

refunded.

8. Please confirm the content of order upon receipt of merchandise, particularly for orders of fragile merchandise.

9. In the event of supply difficulties or other reasons affecting supply, Lugard reserves the right to substitute any item with

goods of equal or similar quality and value in its sole discretion without prior notice.

10. Return of merchandise would only be accepted due to quality issue.
