state key hi-tech enterprise but also famous brand product enteprise in Zhejiang privince. TAITAN is a well-known trademark in china. It is established in May, 1986 and mainly engages manufacturing and sale of textile machinery. Now it locates at Taitan Science and Technology Park in Nanyan Hi-tech Industrial Park, Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, occupies area of 220,000m2 , holds more than 600 employees, thereinto including more than 200 technicians/engineers. It consists of some producing divisions including air jet loom division, automatic winder division, twisting machinery division, spinning machinery division, rapier loom division, metalworking division, plastic division etc..

For a long time, Taitan adheres to the concept that science and technology constitute the primary productive force, enhances actively independent innovation ability, bends ourselves to research and development of new style textile machinery. So far more than 20 products have been submitted to market. The two side frames connected by means of some crossbeams are made of 10cm thick cast iron on TT-828 rapier loom. Thanks to its solid structure, the low machine height and the good dynamic balance, the loom can be easily installed. It may be directly stuck on the floor with glue without using any foot screws.

TT-828织机两侧墙板采用厚度为10厘米的铸铁制成，并由数根

横梁连接，结构坚固，机身较低，动平衡好。所以安装非常简单，

可以直接用胶水粘在地面上，不需要任何地脚螺栓。

Loom Frame

There are no guide hooks in the shed, so no warp yarn can be injuried by them. It can perfectly weave either ordinary fabrics, or some high quality fabrics such as high grade fine wool and high-count-density cotton and cashmere fabrics etc.

The filling insertion system with a “spherical crankshaft” mechanism can reduce not only the quantity of the parts, but also the clearances among the moving parts. In this way the movement of the rapiers is very precise, furthermore ensure a steady delivery of the weft yarn at high running speed.

运动件之间的间隙，使剑杆运动非常精密，

保证了在高速运转下纬纱的平稳交接。

The slay is driven by the conjugate cam shaft on the two sides of the loom. The integral conjugate cam shaft is made by means of contour forging and grinding on high precision grinding machine, so ensure a required degree of finish, tenacity and wearing-resistance. At the same time thanks to a very rigid slay for fixing the metal reed and its good dynamic balance prevent any vibration that might affect the filling insertion.

【筘座驱动】

Slay Drive筘座由分布在织机两侧共轭凸轮轴驱动。整体式共轭凸轮轴由模锻后，经高精度凸轮磨磨制

而成，保证了应有的光洁度、韧性和耐磨性。同时用于固定钢筘的筘座刚性极强，动平衡好，

防止了任何可能影响引纬零件的振动。

The electronic let-off and take-up mechanisms are standard on the TT-828 rapier loom. The required pick density can be programmed on the microprocessor keyboard, so the pick wheels are no longer necessary. The accuracy of the settings makes it easy to adjust the pick density of the fabric for optimum fabric weight and minimum yarn consumption. The set warp yarn tension can be turned into an instruction through the tension sensor plus a comprehensive treatment by CPU to drive the let-off servo system in order to ensure constant warp tension from the full to the empty warp beam. The organic cooperation between the electronic let-off and the electronic take-up can effectively reduce the start marks of loom.

Electronic Let-off & Take-up电子送经和电子卷取已成TT-828织机的标准配置，所需的纬密

通过控制面板设定，不需要变换纬密齿轮，使您很容易精确地控制，

以达到最佳克重和最小纬纱消耗。设定的经纱张力通过张力传感器

由CPU综合处理后发出指令，驱动送经伺服系统工作，确保经纱

张力从满轴到空轴始终保持稳定。电子送经和电子卷取的有机

According to some requirements the TT-828 rapier loom may provide the following shedding mechanisms: 12~20 shafts of electronic dobby,cam motion or electronic jacquard machine. The adjustment positions for the shedding of the dobby or cam motion locate at the outside of the side frame, so the adjustment is very easy.

Shedding Mechanism

This mechanism is mounted in front of harness frames; don’t need to occupy the harness frames. Furthermore, the opening time of the two sides of selvedge mechanisms can be set independently and not affected by the opening time of the harness frames.

Independent Selvedge Mechanism该机构安装在棕框前，不需占用棕框的位置，且两侧开口时间可单独设定，

不受棕框开口时间设定的影响。

A compulsory central lubricating system controlled by a microprocessor ensures a full lubrication for the key components. In addition, an oil filter therein can remove all the impurities from the lubricating oil, therefore, extends the service life both the lubricating oil and the loom components.

An additional warp beam is driven by an individual servo motor and its warp yarn tension is also set independently too. The warp beam can be top-mounted or back-mounted in line. The double warp beam system can be combined with multiform shedding mechanisms.

32-bit high speed CPU control chips applied on the monitoring system of TT-828 rapier loom form the modulized control. A 10.4-inch coloured LCD screen and a functional keyboard are used for the operating interface to test and control all the loom functions with a large storage capacity and ultrastrong pattern-making function, allowing to program with the strorage card(USB), bidirectional communications, what’s more, permit to transmit the production data through the internet with the RAM card. The loom state column in the left-below area of the LCD screen can display the faults and reasons, which enable the maintenance personnel to quickly search, find out and settle the problem. The friendly man-machine interface including the event record-browsing and shift result-statistics etc. can greatly facilitate the operators’ work. The entire interface features a novel design, beautiful and in good taste, provided with display in Chinese language, giving a clear reading at one glance. In addition the loom can also stop at pre-set length, replenish weft and compensate weft and warp breakage automatically.

选用了10.4寸彩色液晶图像显示屏，功能键盘作为织机操作界面，检测

和控制织机所有功能，存储容量大，具有超强的花型编辑功能，可用

储存卡（USB）编程，可双向通讯，并可用RAM卡将生产数据经互联网

进行传送。操作界面左下方织机状态栏上还可以显示故障诊断原因，能

方便维修人员快捷查找、发现并解决问题。事件记录浏览、班次统计等

友好的人机界面大大方便了操作工的操作。整个操作界面设计新型，美观

大方，配以中文显示，让人一目了然。此外，还具有定长停车、自动补纬、

断经断纬织口补偿等功能。
