CSA Building Services Consulting Engineers was founded in Hong Kong in 1995 in response to Asia Pacific’s need for a consultancy practice to deliver premium level construction and design advice. Through a period of steady growth the Group has opened successful offices in Hong Kong, Macau, London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. We have qualified engineers to successfully project manage and design the largest industrial, commercial, educational, residential, retail, leisure, hospitality, healthcare mixed developments and infrastructure projects.

CSA & Private Luxury Villas Private residential projects that we undertake range from a new private dwelling or an internal refurbishment to a complete conversion. It is essential to use a consultant for any new development that requires submissions and applications to the Government. Experienced professional engineers are skilled at preparing documentation that will meet the least resistance from the authorities. As a part of the consulting team, the engineer will co-ordinate with architects and structural engineers to optimise space planning and services routing, whilst ensuring that the most efficient designs are incorporated.
