La Legislación Española introduce en su Sistema Educativo las denominadas “Enseñanzas Deportivas”,
antes realizadas por las distintas Federaciones, consiguiendo el reconocimiento académico tan
ansiado por los entrenadores y pasando a denominarse:
TÉCNICOS DEPORTIVOS O TÉCNICOS DEPORTIVOS SUPERIORES.

PROTOCOLO DE ACTUACIÓN
El Real Decreto 131/2010, de 12 de febrero, por el que se modifica el Real Decreto 332/1992, de 3 de abril, de autorizaciones de centros privados para impartir enseñanzas de régimen general, en centros docentes extranjeros en otros países, y ordenar, promover y fomentar la formación y el perfeccionamiento de los Técnicos Deportivos en fútbol, dentro del panorama deportivo internacional.

ACTION PROTOCOL
Royal Decree 131/2010 of 12 February, amending Royal Decree 332/1992, of 3 April, permits to private schools to provide general education in foreign educational institutions in other countries, and arrange, promote and encourage the training and development of technicians sports football in the international sports scene.
PROTOCOLO DE ACTUACIÓN
Partiendo de estas premisas se debería plantear a la Universidad del entorno, la posibilidad de dotar a la toda la comunidad poblacional, de una Escuela de entrenadores de fútbol u fútbol sala. En ella tendrían cabida todas las enseñanzas regladas por el Ministerio de educación español, referente a estas especialidades.
Este proyecto sin duda alguna pionero en China, debería ser el abanderado de la actuación de la Universidad, tendente a la creación del máximo número alumnos de estas enseñanzas.

Igualmente y con el fin de dar más pujanza al municipio y a la Universidad, se ofertarían máster, clinics, seminarios, talleres, etc; siempre enfocados al mundo del deporte y con ponentes de talla internacional.

ACCESO A LA UNIVERSIDAD A TRAVÉS DE ESTOS CURSOS
El título de Técnico Deportivo Superior permite el acceso directo a los estudios universitarios oficiales de Grado en virtud al RD 1982/2008, de 14 de Noviembre y la Orden EDU 3242/2010, de 9 de Diciembre.
La Legislación Española introduce en su Sistema Educativo las denominadas “Enseñanzas Deportivas”, antes realizadas por las distintas Federaciones, consiguiendo el reconocimiento académico tan ansiado por los entrenadores y pasando a denominarse Técnico Deportivo en Fútbol.

REQUISITOS DE ACCESO A GRADO SUPERIOR

- Estar en posesión del titulo de BACHILLERATO LOGSE (Bachiller y COU) o superar las pruebas de acceso a ciclo superior.
- Estar en posesión de los títulos de Técnico nivel I y II
- Acreditar experiencia como entrenador de cómo mínimo 180 días, mediante certificado expedido por la Federación correspondiente, después de aprobar el Nivel II.
* En caso de no disponer del título de Bachiller existen pruebas de acceso a dichos estudios.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESS TO HIGHER LEVEL (SPORTS TECHNICIAN COURSE UPPER LEVEL III)
- Hold a baccalaureate degree GLSES (Bachiller and COU) or exceed the upper entrance exam cycle. - Be in possession of evidence of level I and II Technical - Evidence coaching experience of at least 180 days by the relevant certificate issued by Federation, after passing the Level II. * If you do not have the degree of Bachelor of access there is evidence for these studies.

Para la puesta en marcha será condición importante, la presentación de los convenios necesarios en materia de cesión de instalaciones deportivas y docentes, por parte de la Universidad ante el Consulado Español.
Dichos convenios establecen la duración de la actividad y los requisitos de las instalaciones.
