Execution term – 32 months from the receiving the site.Contract value – max 2,4 mil euro

Specific requests:- to have an average turnover number in value of minimum 9.718.172 euro for the last 3 years of activity. - as a similar experience to have at least one finished contract for execution of rehabilitation works at a historical monument in the last 5 years with a minimum value of : 20.000.000 lei without T.V.A = 4.860.740 euro. ( documents needed : copy of the contract, copy verbal process for reception at finishing of the works, recommendation with the title “good” or “very good” ).- to own/have contract with an authorized lab for analyze and check the work construction II degree.- to own/have contract with a certified lab for analyze and tests in the rehabilitation works, according to the Romanian law. - to have as an employee/or by contract with a specialist with MCC certificate for rehabilitation in architecture works.- to have as an employee/or by contract a specialist with MCC certificate for rehabilitation in historical monuments.- to have as an employee/or by contract an RTE specialist with MDRT certificate and AQ/CQ specialist.- to have as permanent employees min 70 workers qualified in construction field.- certificate ISO 9001; ISO 14001 ( with detailed descriptions of the procedures ) and ANRE certificate for electric and gas installation- guarantee for participation : 202.000 lei ;- guarantee for good execution : 24 months from signing PVRTL; 5% from the value of the contract without VAT.- no advance payments;- the works will be paid according to the payment schedule attached to the contract upon invoice with 30 days payment term- the average gross price/hour for manpower must be at least equal with the gross average manpower in construction field calculated by INS in April 2011 - the limit date for sending question of clarification is : 19.05.2011 - submission date : 31.05.2011- no adjustments of the contract price are accepted;- time schedule of the works, time schedule of the payments.- the executant of the works is committing him self to execute, finalize and maintain the works “ Extension, mansard floor and rehabilitation” of the building from Ludusului street nr. 29 ( building B) , including design in the contract limits.- the executant is committing him self to close an insurance for the project valid during to works, to cover all the risk on his own expense, expense that will be put in the indirect costs of the price offer.- all contracts with subcontractors must be submitted signed when the contract with the investor will be signed.- in joinventrure situation

- the following request are to be fulfilled by each partner : liability statement, non bankruptcy statement, statement for participation with independent price offer, examiner certificate for payment obligation to the state ( certificate constatator ), examiner certificate from register of commerce.

- the following request are to be fulfilled at least by one of the partners : the financial situation ( the average turnover - The sums must be in lei for Romanian companies and in euro at average BCE or BNR exchange euro rate for the specified year.- site visit is recommended by the investor), the similar contract , the technical and staff request. - all the main prices for materials and equipments must be confirmed in written by certified price offers. - no BOQ, no drawings
