INITIAL INSPECTIONChecking pieces in all size and before bulk cut, garments of all sizes are checked for measurement, construction, workmanship dummy fitting technicalities etc., verifying styling as per buyers approved samples. After the approval of intial inspection cutting for bulk is given a go ahead.DUPRO OR ONLINE INSPECTION

During process i.e. as 10% is off machine and packed , the goods are inspected for measurements,Workmanship, finishing and also the trims. Quality in all aspects is assured and amendments if required are duly taken care.

RANDOM INSPECTION

When shipment is packed a final inspection is done on different AQL standards as per buyer’s acceptability for the inspection, besides the above a details and regular, correspondense is maintained with the concerned merchant for the respective accounts.
