RATIONALE

Virac is one of the most Ibaloipopulated barangay in the municipality ofItogon. The place is blest with rich mineraldeposits which the early people did notgreed but rather shared it to many peoplecoming from different walks of life. Due tothis, the Ibaloi particularly are no longeraccustomed to their identity for the reasonthat they were much influenced by othertribes.
