Afteryourrest,thereareafewthingsyoushoulddo.Ifyouwant,youcanvisitthekitchenwhichisinthebasementontheoppositesideofyou.There,youcaneatsomeofthecastlesfood,andtalktothechef.Yourfirsttask,though,shouldbetoheadupthestairsontheleftsideoftheKing.Whenyoureachthesecondlevel,grabthechesttherewhichcontains100G.Keeprunningupthestairsuntilyoureachthetop.Onceatthetop,talktotheleftguardstandingoutsideofthedoor,tolearnthattheChancellorhasbeenactingstrangelately.Afteryourdonetalkingtohim,headintotheroomandgrabtheBronzeMailoutofthechest.EquipthearmoronCrono,thenspeaktothemaidstandingbythetable.Whenyourfinishedtalkingtoeveryone,gobackdownthestairstotheThroneRoom(wheretheKingis).

WhenyoureachtheThroneRoom,goupthestairsontherightsideoftheKingthistime.Onthesecondlevel,thereisanotherchestcontainingaTonic.Takeitandproceedupthesteps.Atthetop,talktotheguardandhewillletyoupassintotheQueensroom.TalktotheQueen,andshewillrevealherselfasMarle.Shethanksyouforcomingafterher,thenstartsactingstrangely.Shetellsyouthatshefeelslikesheisbeingtornapart,thenshestartschangingcolors.Inablinkofaneye,shevanishesandisnowheretobeseen.Beforeexitingtheroom,taketheEtheroutofthechest.

Luccafeelsrelievedwhenthebattleisover,butanotherNagaetteappearsandtriestograbher.Suddenly,aFrogwithacapeandswordjumpsfromaboveanddestroystheenemy.Hethenasksifyouwouldaccompanyhimintothe'lair'.AccepthisofferandhewillintroducehimselfasFrog.Onceheisinyourparty,walkovertotheorganandplayit.Upondoingso,itrevealsahiddendoorinthewall.Onceit'srevealed,enterit.

Fromtheroomyouwherein,gorightthenuptofindachestwithaSteelSaberinit.EquipthenewswordonCrono,thentakeafewstepstotheleft.Youshouldseeadoorwayguardedbyspikes.Tolowerthem,touchtheglowingskullontheleftsideofthedoor.Oncethespikesarelowered,entertheroom.Inside,aretwosoldierswhowilltellyoualittleabouttheplace.Afteryourdonespeakingtothem,inspectthebucketontheleftsideoftheroomtoreceiveaPowerTab.

Whenyouexittheroom,godownthestairsyoucameupearlier,andtakearighttocrossthehallway.DefeattheDiablosandGnashersthattryandattackyou.Whenyoureachtheotherside,headupthestairsandintothedoor.Insidearethreemonsterseating.TalktotheDiabloandhewillexittheroom.Followhimoutofthedoorandaroundthebalcony,tothedooraboveyou.Whenyouenter,youwillseetwochests.Onecontains100G,theotheranEther.Beforeyoucanexittheroom,thehumanstransformintoGnashersandattackyou.Quiklydefeatthem,butDONOTleavetheroomyet.Instead,lookforanopeningintherightwall.Enterittofindanareawhereachorusofmonstersissinging.TalktothefirstDiablosyouseetostartafight.Destroythechorusofmonstersthatattackyou,thengrabthetwochestswhichcontainaSpeedBeltandDefender.YoushouldequiptheDefenderonLucca,



becausesheneedsthedefense,andtheSpeedBeltyoucanequiponwhoeveryouwouldlike.Whenyourdonegettingtheitems,exitthetworoomstogetbacktothemainroom.

Whenyoureachthemainroom,headdownthesteps.Takealeftandheadupthecenterpathwhiledefeatinganyenemiesinyourpath.Enterthedoortofindasavepoint.Thisisagoodtimetouseashelterandsaveyourgame.Whenyouareready,goupthestairsandtakealeft.GrabthechestattheendofthebalconytoreceiveaShelter.Trygoingdownthestairsandtheywilldropcausingyoutofalldown.Gointothedoorandstraightaheadwhilefightinganyenemiesinyourway.Outsideoftheseconddoor,youshouldseeaskull.Donottouchit,oritwillmakemoreenemiesappear.So,justheadintothedoorandfighttheenemiesthatattackyou.Whenyoufinishthemoff,grabtheTonicandHealoutoftheirchests.

Justtotherightofthechestsshouldbeanotesaying'NoEntry'.Afterreadingthenote,gorightandenterthedoor.Defeattheenemiesinside,thenobservetheglowingskulltotheleftofthedoor.Triggeringthisswitchcausesthespikesinthecenterroomtolower.So,followthepathdownandarounduntilyoureachthedoortothecenterroom.EnterandacoupleofHenchesandDiabloswillattackyou.Afterthebattle,taketheIronSwordoutofthechestandequipitonFrog.Whenyourdone,playtheorgantotheleft.

Doingso,willopenasecretdoorwhereyoufoundthatnoteearlier.So,headallthewaybacktowherethenotewasandenterthedoor.Uponentering,defeatalltheenemiesintheroom.Aftertheenemiesaregone,you'llnoticethatthereisasavepointinthetopleftcorner.Onceagain,useaShelterandsaveyourgame.Aftersavingandhealing,entertheroom.Whenyouenter,youwillseetheChancellorandQueenLeene.TheQueenrunsbehindyouandthentheChancellorstartsthreateningeverybody.HethenstepsinfrontofyouandtransformsintoYakra.
