Ley 3/2014, de 27 demarzo, por la que semodifica el texto refundido de la LeyGeneral para laDefensadelosConsumidoresyUsuariosyotrasleyescomplementarias,aprobadoporelRealDecretoLegislativo1/2007,de16denoviembre:

Disposicin final duodcima. Modificacin de la Ley 28/2005, de 26 de diciembre, de medidas

sanitariasfrentealtabaquismoyreguladoradelaventa,elsuministro,elconsumoylapublicidaddelosproductosdeltabaco.Uno.Seaadeunanuevaletraf)alapartado1delartculo2delaLey28/2005,de26dediciembre,demedidas sanitarias frente al tabaquismo y reguladora de la venta, el suministro, el consumo y lapublicidaddelosproductosdeltabaco,quequedaredactadacomosigue:

f) Dispositivo susceptible de liberacin de nicotina: un producto, o cualquiera de suscomponentes, incluidos loscartuchosyeldispositivosincartucho,quepuedautilizarseparaelconsumodevaporquecontenganicotinaa travsdeunaboquilla.Loscigarrilloselectrnicospueden ser desechables, recargables mediante un contenedor de carga, o recargables concartuchodeunsolouso.

Laministra AnaMato acuerda con las Comunidades Autnomas limitar el consumo de cigarrillos
